"Ready to go, Doll?" Asher asks me as I unplug my phone from my charger on my nightstand.

"Yep!" I tell him, tucking my phone into the pocket of my joggers. "Is everything in your truck?"

"Yep. Locked and loaded. And since Ry is meeting us there, we're good to go." He nods, confirming we've got everything we need. "Lead the way, Doll." He says, gesturing for me to walk out of my room first.

"Okay, let's go!" I smile and pick up my tote bag on the way out of my room. A few steps down the stairs, I hear Jaxon's voice coming from the bottom.

"See you tomorrow, Riggy! Have a good one." He calls out to her as he heads to the front door. He's got his hand on the doorknob when I reach the last step.

"Are you going home, Jaxon?" I ask him.

"Yeah, figure I've annoyed your sister for long enough today." He laughs. "Where are you guys going? And dressed like cat burglars?" He asks after he sees what Asher and I are wearing.

I look down and then at Asher and laugh a little. I'm wearing a tight black long sleeve shirt with black joggers and my usual black Vans, while Asher is wearing black sweats and a plain black t-shirt with his black Converse. He's kind of right, we do look like burglars.

"Oh, you know. To be gay and do crime." I say with a straight face and shrug. Asher makes a choking noise behind me and covers it with a cough. Jaxon's eyebrows jump up and his head tilts to the side a little. I look between them and laugh loudly. "Jeez, guys! Relax! I'm kidding!"

"Okay, well then where are you going?" Jaxon asks with an awkward laugh and Asher clears his throat behind me. Before he can speak, I answer Jaxon.

"There's only one way to find out." I say, cryptically. "Come with us."

"Really?" Jaxon asks, surprised and a little curious.

"Are you sure, Doll?" Asher asks, coming to stand next to me.

"Why not?" I shrug. "We have an odd number and it'll be easier with four people anyway."

"Alright, if you're sure." He says cautiously. I give him a sure nod. "Okay. Whatever you want, Doll." We both turn to look back at Jaxon.

"So, you in? Or out, Favero?" I ask, raising one eyebrow and challenging him. "No questions, just jumping in?"

Jaxon looks between Asher and I for a moment, narrowing his eyes suspiciously.

"Why not?" He finally says, shrugging.

"Excellent." I smile then eye him up and down. "I only have one question for you."

"What question?" He raises an eyebrow.
