"This has been the longest day of my life." I groan as I drop down into the booth next to Ryker after my shift, laying my head on his shoulder.

"How long have you been here, Doll?" Asher asks, his brows pinching together.

"I started at 6 this morning." I sigh and close my eyes.

"You've been here for 12 hours, B?" Ryker asks, concern filling his voice.

"Yeah, and I'm exhausted." I mutter without opening my eyes.

"I'm sorry, Doll." Asher says gently. "Maybe movie night will cheer you up."

"Can't I just stay right here and nap." I mumble softly. "I don't think I can get back up, now that I've sat down." I scoff lightly.

"I've got you, B." Ryker says carefully. "I could carry you." He offers.

"Really?" I open my eyes and sit up to look at him with a smile. "Like a piggyback?" I ask.

"Yeah, B." He laughs softly. "I'll give you a piggyback ride."

"Excellent!" I grin up at him. "You know, you're going to spoil me if you keep this up. I'll never want to walk anywhere ever again!" I giggle.

"Guess we'll just have to carry you everywhere then, Doll." Asher smirks at me and I feel my cheeks flush at the thought of them carrying me all the time.

"You ready to head home, B?" Ryker asks me.

"Yes, definitely." I nod with a sigh. "Let's get out of here." I stand up and adjust my black high-waisted cigarette pants and loosen my tightly tucked red button down shirt as the guys slide out of the booth. Benny insists on 50s style uniforms, but luckily he gives the girls the option of either a dress or pants. Needless to say I went with the pants.

"Alright, hop on, B." Ryker says as he crouches down so I can get on his back.

"Okay!" I smile excitedly and lift the strap of my purse over my head so it's across my chest before I step up behind Ryker and wrap my arms around his neck. He slowly stands up and I do my best to wrap my short legs around his broad hips. "Jeez! Sometimes I forget how tall you are, Ry." I giggle as he stands up to his full height. "It's like a whole other world up here!"

"Well, then welcome to our world, Doll." Asher smiles up at me as Ryker turns us towards the front door. "How's the view?"

"Not bad, honestly." I nod as I look around while we walk towards the door. "Don't drop me, Ry!" I say quickly as I realize how much further from the ground I am.

"Wouldn't dream of it, B." Ryker says softly.

"Bye Maggie!" I call out as we pass her, lifting one of my hands from Ryker's shoulders to wave at her.
