"Remind me again. Why is this the 'perfect revenge' for the cafeteria thing?" I ask Ash as we walk toward the locker rooms.
"It's perfect because Tiana thought of it and she thinks it's perfect." Ash shrugs.
"That Simmons bitch nearly broke her nose and Tiana thinks this is the 'perfect revenge'?" I raise an eyebrow at him as I hold up the small plastic bottle in my hand. "I would have gone with something a little more painful."
"Which is why you're not allowed to come up with the plans, Ry." Ash laughs softly and I roll my eyes. "Let's just do our part so she can pull this off."
"Alright, alright." I sigh as we near the locker room. "Where is she? I thought she was meeting us in the hall?"
Before Ash can respond, Tiana quickly steps out of the girl's locker room. Her head whips around looking for us for a second before her eyes land on us.
"Finally!" She turns and rapidly moves to stand in front of us. "You guys are cutting it close. Class ends in ten minutes and I still have to get back before the bell."
"Sorry, Doll. Took us a little longer to convince Mrs. Travers to let us out early than we anticipated." Ash explains to her.
"Whatever, did you guys bring the goods?" She looks between us and holds out her tiny hand.
"Yeah, we stopped by your locker and grabbed it on the way, B." I tell her as I place the small bottle in her hand. "You sure this is how you want to get revenge? I can think of more painful ways to get her back." I smirk at her.
"No, this is perfect." Tiana smiles evilly and bounces a little with excitement.
"Alright, well then let's do this." I shrug and turn to walk into the empty locker room, but Tiana places a hand on my arm to stop me.
"Woah, woah, woah. Where do you think you're going?" She asks me.
"Uh, to help you get revenge?" I tilt my head in confusion.
"No, no. I'm doing the leg work on this one." She says slowly.
"Then why are we here, B?" I ask.
"You brought the ammunition." She smiles and holds up the bottle. "I couldn't have gotten it in without her seeing it. Plus, you're the lookouts! Don't let anyone come in before I come back out. Got it?" Her voice is clear and strong. She's a girl on a mission today.
"Got it, Doll." Ash nods at her. "Do your thing and we'll stand guard."
"Excellent. I'm going in!" Tiana whispers loudly and turns to walk back into the locker room.
I turn to look at Ash and see him smiling as he shakes his head. We both turn our backs to the locker room door so we can see down the hall as we keep an eye out for anyone.
