"You look hot, baby." Nico smirks at me as his eyes scan down my body, lingering on my exposed legs and ample cleavage.
"Thanks, babe." I give him a small smile as I approach where he's leaning against the hood of his car in front of my apartment. "You don't think it's a bit... short?" I ask as I pull on the hem of the silver sequined dress that Nico gave me for Christmas this year.
He insisted that I wear it to Liz's New Years' Eve party tonight, the only problem with that is the fact that the dress barely covers what it should. Every time I move, the hem rides up, exposing my business to the world. I had to put on volleyball spandex underneath it just to feel comfortable enough to leave my room.
As soon as I put it on, I knew there was no way I'd be able to dance in it. The thought immediately bummed me out, because that's my favorite part of going to parties. But Nico was so excited to see me in the dress he picked out, and I didn't want to upset him by telling him that this dress isn't exactly my style.
"No, it's perfect, baby. You look amazing." Nico winks at me as I walk up to stand in front of him. He reaches up and grips my hips with both of his hands and pulls me closer, so I'm standing between his open legs as he sits on the hood of his car.
"Thanks." I blush shyly under his gaze.
Nico stands up and pulls me to his chest, wrapping his hands around the small of my back and letting them slide down to rest on my ass. "Man, my girlfriend is hot." He grins down at me before leaning down to crash his lips against mine in a heated kiss. His hands squeeze my ass as I wrap my arms around his neck and tilt my head up, letting his tongue explore my mouth.
The familiar scent of Old Spice and his minty toothpaste wash over me as we kiss. One of his hands glides up my back to press me closer to his chest and I run my fingers through the short hair at the nape of his neck. By the time he pulls back, we're both panting.
"Alright. I guess we should get to this party." Nico smirks at me. "Come on, baby. Let's go." He smacks my ass before quickly stepping away and walking around to the driver's side. "Get in." He chuckles and nods towards the passenger door.
"Okay. I'm coming!" I giggle softly as I make my way around and get into the passenger seat as Nico buckles up and starts the car.
"Not yet you're not." He winks at me as I buckle up and he pulls out of the parking spot.
"Nico!" I shake my head at him with a small smile. "You are incorrigible."
"You know you love it." He grins mischievously as he pulls out of my parking lot and turns up the music playing on his stereo.
I take a deep breath and settle into my seat as I turn to look out at the road. As Nico makes his way out of my neighborhood, I pull my phone from my small black crossbody bag and open my group chat with the guys.
