Olivia's heart skipped a beat. She was actually a member of the hacking organization? Just how much of her past had she forgotten?

As she was about to check the private messages in her account, she heard two mocking voices: "Well, well, isn't this Miss Carlson? What's with the shabby outfit?"

Another voice chimed in, "Yeah, I remember how glamorous she looked at that party when she was 14."

Olivia recognized the two girls—they were Cindy and Sara, cronies of Stella Pearson. She didn't want to engage with them and tried to walk away.

However, the two blocked her path deliberately. "Miss Carlson, those cheap fake gemstones you're wearing look so tacky. Can't afford a decent set of jewelry these days?"

"Yeah, today is your uncle and aunt's anniversary, and you show up looking like you're going to a grocery store, wearing that fake gem!"

Their voices were loud enough to attract attention from the surrounding guests.

Their voices carried, quickly drawing attention from those around them. Although some guests remained neutral, everyone knew Cindy and Sara were Stella's closest friends, so their comments practically represented Stella's own attitude.

Stella had just been invited to join Livia's design team with a promising future. In this cutthroat world where connections were everything, no one wanted to miss an opportunity to ingratiate themselves with her.

And so, a chorus of voices piled on, criticizing Olivia:

"That's right, Miss Carlson, showing up like this is so disrespectful. Doesn't your sister still hold shares in the company? She could have at least bought you some proper jewelry with her dividends."

"Wasn't Miss Carlson taken away by Damien Thorn that day? Didn't that lunatic give you any compensation gifts?"

"Oh yeah, isn't Miss Carlson studying jewelry design? Were you too busy flirting with men to design your own jewelry?"

The insults grew meaner, as if putting others down would make them more successful.

Initially, Olivia didn't want to engage with these trivial people, but their rudeness gradually angered her. Fine, she would remember everyone who insulted her today. From now on, whether these people could continue climbing in high society depended on how clean their backgrounds were. With any evidence, she wouldn't hesitate to use her hacking skills to report them to the authorities!

So Olivia chose to remain silent, patiently waiting for them to inadvertently expose their own misdeeds, allowing her to take them all down in one fell swoop.

Just then, a gentle male voice interrupted her thoughts. Evan Nolan, pretending to just notice the commotion, walked over apologetically, saying, "Olivia, are you alright? It's my fault for not arranging any jewelry for you."

He pulled out a thin white gold necklace from his pocket. "Take off that fake stuff around your neck and wear this instead. It may only have one diamond, but it's still better than fakes. My assistant is bringing over something nicer, it should arrive soon."

Olivia looked at the tiny diamond necklace in Evan's hand and finwardly scoffed. She was about to refuse when a sudden commotion erupted at the entrance.

Everyone turned to look. Standing at the door were five people, led by a young woman in a business suit. She had an ordinary appearance but an extraordinary presence. She was followed by four men in suits, each wearing white gloves and holding a tray.

When people saw what was on the trays, a collective gasp went through the room. On each tray sat an exquisitely crafted jewelry box, with the golden "Livia" logo seared into the lids!
