Four days later, Vicky McDonald leaves Coronation Street.

Three days later, Tiffany Raymond and Grant Mitchell sleep together. Alec Gilroy buys No.12 for £29,500. Terry Duckworth visits Jack and Vera and brings their grandson Tommy.

Ten days later, The residents say goodbye to Arthur when his funeral takes place.

The next day, Tricia Armstrong and Terry Duckworth sleep together.

Three days later, Don Brennan splits up with Josie Clarke after they get into an argument over financial troubles with the garage and his behaviour.

Two days later, Grant tells Phil and Kathy that Mark Fowler is HIV. Terry Duckworth signs full custody of his son Tommy over to his grandparents Jeff and Doreen Horton. Jeff pays Terry £10,000.

On July 1, Jim McDonald's mother Maisie McDonald dies of a heart attack in Belfast.

Three days later, Randy grabs Andy Hopwood for not having a fourth of July party.

The next day, Don Brennan proposes a partnership with Kevin Webster in a desperate attempt to save his garage from going bust.

Three days later, The community find out about Mark's HIV.

The next day, Andy Hopwood has his foot trapped under a rock at Demdyke Quarry. He is then rescued by Biff Fowler.

Six days later, Kevin rejects Don Brennan's proposal for partnership and worries about his own job after hearing about the garage's financial problems.

Two days later, Don Brennan is ordered by Martin Platt to stay away from his family after trying to embezzle money out of teenager Nick Tilsley in a desperate last resort to save his garage. Larry marries Tanya Pooley.

The next day, The teens throw a party, and Tiffany tells Bianca she's pregnant. Kim Tate tries to abort her baby by jumping off her horse.

Another next day, Kevin is made redundant after MVB Motors goes bust under the ownership of Don Brennan, who subsequently learns that Mike Baldwin had conned him into buying the garage for more than it was originally worth. Don confronts Mike about it in the pub and attempts to punch him, but is left humiliated when Mike punches him instead.

Four days later, Arthur's inquest takes place.

Two days later, The residents celebrate 70s night and Carol Jackson and David Wicks kiss. A talent night at the Rovers goes wrong when a majority of the contestants sing the same Frank Sinatra songs. But Kyle was singing "I Hear You Knocking."

The next day, The residents protest over the plans of the demolishing of the Playground. But it was overruled until reopening the next January, according to Randy.

Four days later, Terry Woods and Sean Rossi come to Scott Windsor's rescue when Scott is threatened by Marcus Ellis and his gang with a gun.

On August 2, The police are called when Nick Tilsley goes missing.

Five days later, Derek Wilton is furious when Mavis thinks it's his fifty-ninth birthday when in fact it's his sixtieth and he assumed she was planning a surprise party for him.

The next day, Biff Fowler proposes to Linda Glover.

Five days later, Kyle told Lisa Clegg about her job she's got.

Eight days later, Nick Tilsley turns up at home after being missing for several weeks.

The next day, Faye Clarke nearly runs over Sam Dingle but Eric Pollard yanks him out of the way in the nick of time. Andy Hopwood arrives at Emmerdale Farm saying he can't wake his grandma.

Four days later, Claire and Becky Palmer move into No.6 with Des Barnes.

The next day, Dan Zappieri spikes Sarah Hills' drink with an ecstasy pill. Sarah survives, but Natasha isn't since a few months prior. Jack Sugden discovers the body of Granny Hopwood.

Two days later, Tony Hills declares he is bi-sexual and kisses Simon Raymond.

On September 3, Granny Hopwood's funeral takes place. Nobody attends. Lia came by like last year's funeral of her mentor.

Two days later, Ian Beale discovers Cindy's and David's affair.

The next day, The Platt family fly off to Canada for a holiday.

Three days later, Tiffany catches Tony and Simon kissing.

The next day, Distraught, Tiffany walks out on Tony and runs into the arms of Grant and tells him he's the father of her baby. Scott Windsor leaves for the army. Narvel reveals that he had another buddy who was in the Army, got AWOL before he died of drug overdose after dishonorable discharge.

Nine days later, Kim Tate goes into labor. Sean Rossi leaves the village.

The next day, The Weatherfield Historical Society includes No.4 on its sight-seeing tour with Mavis Wilton's permission although she is puzzled as to why her house is of historical interest. She is horrified when the tour guide speaks of it as the site of Ernest Bishop's murder in 1978 and his widow Emily overhears the commentary. Narvel said it was Mickey Daniels, who died in 1970, 21 years before having an unsolved mystery.

Three days later, A drunk Phil hits Kathy.

The next day, After five days of being labored, Kim Tate gives birth to a son.

Another next day, The Platts return from seeing Stephen Reid in Canada but Nick Tilsley has remained there to study.

Another next day, Sam Dingle is arrested for shoplifting. Same thing as Brad last year. Bazz is arrested in Ibiza for causing a public disturbance.

Another next day, Tricia Armstrong visits husband Carl in Strangeways to tell him that she's finished with him. He attacks her when she tells him that she's pregnant.
