I sat by Newt he put his hand on my thigh making me blush furiously, I tried to focus on Frypan driving and where we were going.

I hoped Minho was okay.

I really did. He has done so much for us in the past years, that if they even put a finger on him I'd kill them in an instant. Even though I already am planning too. I still can't believe Mary knew my mother and that her and Mary now are dead all because of that evil women who claims to be mine.

She will never be my mother; I thought.

I looked out the window, "You okay?" Newt asked.
I noticed Thomas look back at me in the review mirror with concern, "yeah, I just hope Minho is okay." I said looking down.

"Hey. We'll get him back I promise" Newt said gripping my thigh gently.

Newt smiled at me, "get some sleep I'll let you know when we get there" "you sure?" I asked he nodded.

I laid my head on his shoulder falling asleep.

NEWTS POV

I played with her hair as she fell asleep "you love her don't you" Thomas spoke up.

I looked up at him. "I have known her.... for a long time now." I said confused on why he was asking me.
"Why do you?" I asked.

I knew he did. I wasn't dumb. But I wanted to hear it. "Yes." Thomas replied, without hesitation.

Thomas looked at me before looking ahead, it got pretty awkward, I kinda wish McKenna was up now.

I have been having pain in my arm a lot recently.

I don't know why either. I looked down at her she slept so peacefully.

I just wish I could call her mine. That's all I want.

But I don't know if that's what she wants.
Or if she's ready yet.

I think she's still processing Gallys death so it's hard for her to create a bigger bond with either of us.

But I'll wait for her. No matter how long it takes.

I have to. I want to.

I love her.

Maybe even after all this, I can marry her if she chooses me. I would love that. Us having kids together. Being happy. Being free. What she wanted. I looked down at her as she slept peacefully in my arms. I wanted this to last forever.

McKennas POV

I woke up seeing it was daylight out I groaned "Doing okay?" Thomas asks me. "Yeah" I rubbed my eyes looking up at Newt he smiled down at me and I sat up so I can look to see where we are.

I looked seeing a sign we soon passed it was a Mandatory infection check sign.

We arrived at the mandatory infection check building, it seemed to be abandoned.

There was beat up cars and broken through windows.

The gate was wide open so we drove through anyways.

There was a tunnel straight ahead but you could barely see in it from In the car.

Frypan pulled up as close as possible "I don't know about this" I said whispering.

"I kinda agree" Frypan said looking ahead.

Thomas got out along with Newt.

"So you Newt and Thomas huh?" Frypan asks.

"When's the wedding?" He smirks. "Shut up Fry" I laugh.

Newt looked at me from the jeep and looked ahead they looked to be talking but I couldn't hear them.

We both waited for them to come back "so who do you like more?" "What do you mean?" I asked.

"Well clearly they both have eyes for you." Frypan said.

I nodded, "I love them both. I don't really know who I want..." I said whispering.

"There's always Poly" he joked "FRY!"
I hit him on the shoulder he laughed hard.

I heard Thomas and Newt arguing about something soon enough Thomas was sitting in the back next to me.

Newt looked defeated, "you okay?" I asked.
"Yeah nothing." He said angrily.

Thomas smirked at me putting his hand on my thigh.
