Ch.13

Gally opened a tunnel which seemed pretty dark, I looked at the others while he put a long ladder down.

"Be careful Thomas." Jorge said.

"Gally take care of these three" Frypan said. Gally looked at Fry "yeah." He soon stepped his way down.

I looks at Newt seeing he was grabbing his arm making me confused.

He looked at me awkwardly before going down after me.

I stepped down slowly feeling hands on my waist so I jumped down on the last few steps.

I looked up to the person that had ahold of me, it was Gally he quickly let go of my waist seeing death glares from Thomas.

This was going to be a fun time.
I thought sarcastically.

Newt was down now, we all started walking it felt really tensed I knew why.

Three boys that like you in a sewer? Fun.

"This is gross" Newt comments.

"How do you think I feel?" I replied following close to them.
"Yeah. This is great" Thomas replied sarcastically.

Gally flipped a switch that made the lights in the tunnel go on.

He kept walking forward, I followed close behind the other boys behind me.

"Stay with me, we got a ways to go" great.

Can't get anymore awkward.

But this is just a reminder, who I'm doing it for Minho.

I don't know what's going on with WICKED right now, but I hope Minho was okay.

Gally went through a tiny tunnel that lead to train tracks it seems "alright this way!" Gally calls out.

He crawled through the opening, I followed then did Thomas and Newt.

"Hold up." Gally said stopping us. It sounded like a train going through. Soon enough it was I was surprised at where we were at.

"Okay. We got to be quick about this!" Gally yelled.

"We aint got a lot of time, stay on me okay?!" Gally yelled.

I looked at Thomas and Newt before looking at Gally.

The train passed fully, "okay let's go!" Gally yelled.

Gally jumped down, I went after him Thomas and Newt followed.

Gally put the vent back "alright." "We're going to see another one real soon come on!" Gally yelled running.

I looked back at Newt before running.

I ran after Gally the best I could after being bit by the crank, I've been weaker at running and really doing much. As I'm still healing from what it seems.
"GALLY WHAT THE HELL ARE WE DOING?!?" Thomas yelled.

"GALLY????!?"
I shouted.

"LESS TALKING MORE RUNNING!" Gally yelled at us.

I felt my breath picking up as we continued running faster, the alarm went off "GALLY!" I yelled he turned to look at me, "COME ON!" He yelled.

"We're almost there!" He shouted.

"Come on McKenna, Newt we gotta move!" Thomas yelled.

I stayed back with Newt, to make sure he would make it.

I took his hand now running with him.

Newt suddenly was slowing down, "NO NEWT COME ON!" I yelled.

He tried keeping his pace with me,
I felt him fall down almost taking me with him, "NEWT!" I screamed I bent down trying to pick him up.

I looked seeing Gally and Thomas had made it "Oh shit..." I mumbled seeing the train.
"MCKENNA!" Gally and Thomas yelled.

I tried lifting Newt but Gally ran towards us "MCKENNA!" Gally yelled.

"MCKENNA! NO!" Thomas yelled.

Gally tackled me and Newt to the ground the train immediately went over us.

I felt myself being crushed by Gally. I immediately put my arms around him like I was hugging him I felt him grip my waist tightly as if he was afraid to let go.

The train finally passed, I looked up at Gally letting go of him and making sure Newt was okay.

He looked down at me sitting up.

It felt like a fever dream like it wasn't real we survived. Gally stared at me looking me up and down before slowly standing.

Newt sat up from besides me looking at us, "Well." "We were never great runners were we McKenna and Newt?" Gally asked.

I shrugged, "don't miss it" I laugh.

"We both only got one good leg" Newt mentioned.

Gally helped me up and Thomas came over helping Newt up.

I felt arms wrapped around me immediately I noticed it was Gallys, I hugged Gally back, feeling comfort. Even though he hugged me under the train I knew I needed this one....

I missed this. I missed us all being together.

He soon let go and Thomas came over and hugged me tightly, "Reunion I get it" I laugh I hugged him back.

"Are you guys okay?" Thomas asked pulling away gently.

"Yeah" Newt and I both said.

Gally looked at us, "come on"

Gally opened the door I walked close behind him the boys continued to follow.

I felt uncomfortable as we walked through a busy crowd in the city. It was late at night but it seemed to be people going into work or going home.

Some people wore masks some didn't.

I looked around feeling like it's been forever since I've been in a place like this, Gally nudged me a bit I smiled at him slightly.

"Stay close to me" Gally whispered.

I nodded, "red zone departing the station in five minutes thank you" the loud speaker spoke.

Gally walked up the steps, we soon stopped
