Day Itt GENESIS

Chapter 9 - Silent Stalker

Mac dropped Itt at his home. Itt ran to his room without looking back.

He wanted to be alone. Seeing Day again revived his worst memories. He closed the door and went to take shower and started crying in shower. He stood under shower thinking about what he should do. If he should talk to anyone. He felt his friends knew Day as he was sitting with them.

After sometime he started hearing banging on his door and also his phone was ringing which brought him to senses. He went out of bathroom and covered himself with bathrobe. 

He heard the voices of his mother and couple of staff. He opened the door slightly.

"What were you doing? We have been calling you since long" Itt's Mom said in worried tone.

"Mom I was taking shower".

His mother felt relieved "You look so pale. Are you ok?"

"Yes may be took shower a little longer" Itt responded

"Ok I am bringing food for you. Do not close the door" Itt's mother went to get food

Itt sat on bed checking his phone. He saw the time and realised he must be in shower for couple of hours.  There were calls from Mac , Gear and Nick. He messaged back to Mac stating he will talk tomorrow. He held his phone thinking if he should respond to Gear and Nick but then decided not to.

His mother brought food for him. Itt ate very little and  told her he wanted to rest. His mother agreed but made him take the medicines and switched off the lights for him leaving one on as Itt is scared of dark. She closed the door and came out when Gear called her asking about Itt. 

Since that day , Itt started avoiding his friends to prevent coming face to face with Day. He was still not ready to talk to anyone about it. He started working more and more.

On other side post that interaction in restaurant,  Day has became obsessed with knowing more about Itt. He was not sure what to do so he kept following Itt everywhere. He started wearing hoodie and a face mask so that Itt does not recognise him. He started waiting outside Itt's office for hours. He hardly goes to salon and work mostly on laptop from car waiting for Itt. 

Day has been repenting his action since he tortured Itt and knowing the reason he did was just a misunderstanding tore his soul apart. When he got to know Itt is in States , he felt relieved that he moved on but since he saw him last time in Night's birthday party, he has started blaming himself back. He just wanted to ensure Itt is doing well which now have turned him into a silent stalker.

One night Itt left very late from office, he has not slept much last couple of days and was drowsy. He started driving but dozed off for few seconds when his car crossed the lane without indicator and vehicle behind almost bumped into Itt's car. The driver started honking making Itt come to sense and he got alerted. It was too late in night so there was not much traffic but vehicles were speeding. Day observed Itt for a while and started driving just behind him so that he can cover him if it happens again. Itt was not driving in lane and was applying brakes abruptly creating risk for himself and for others on road. Day had to adjust his driving as per him to safeguard him. Day was not sure if Itt was drunk but he managed to cover Itt till he reached home and then went back to his house.

It has been couple of weeks that Day has been shadowing Itt from picking up from home to dropping him back to home without Itt noticing him.  However Itt has been feeling that someone is following him but keeps rejecting the thought thinking he might be paranoid as he never saw anyone.

At times Day even follows him to lunch when Mac drags Itt to a restaurant. Though he gets strange feeling when Itt is with Mac but he can see that Itt is most comfortable with him.
