Day Itt GENESIS

Chapter 14

Day was driving  and kept glancing at Itt. He started getting calls from Neil, Gear and Night making him realize that they would have figured out Itt is missing.  

The hospital situation was chaotic with Nick shouting at medical staff and Gear and Four running throughout hospital to search for Itt. Neil and Night reached hospital as soon as Nick called Neil blaming Day . Nick did not have any proof but Day was also found nowhere linking the obvious.

Day sent message to the group "Itt is with me. Please trust me he will be safe" and he switched off the phone. Itt's phone was with Gear itself so they will not be able to get in touch with them. They were relieved too thinking Itt is with Day as till now it were just suspicions but soon it turned to be a bigger worry how Itt will react and what really happened between Day and Itt as nobody had any answers. They all returned home and Neil asked them to trust Day as he will not  hurt Itt though he himself have never seen Day act so recklessly.

Day was driving thinking what he has done. He was anxious and afraid how Itt will react once he gets up. He knew he acted hastily and is he putting Itt under more danger.  Now he cannot even hide behind the mask as Itt knows who he was.

He heard Itt groaning as he moved little and Day's heartbeat started pacing fast. Itt opened his eyes and saw Day next to him and panicked "You !". He immediately tried to open the car door inspite of moving car.

Day got startled seeing Itt opening door and car drifted a bit. He immediately held Itt's arm and pulled towards him and slowed down and moved car towards side of road. He stopped the car and leaned  towards Itt' side after removing his car belt and closed the door.

"Itt please listen to me. I am not hurting you. Please stay calm." Day said.

"Why ... Why I am .. I am with you?" Itt said with frightened expression.

"I am sorry Itt. I just want to talk to you once. Please listen to me once" Day repeated.

"No .. no I do not want to listen anything. Let me go please " Itt was screaming.

"Itt please calm down" Day said and held Itt's hand.

Itt jerked his hand and then groaned in pain as it was same hand which was fractured. Itt noticed he was in hospital's clothes and figured out Day must have kidnapped him from hospital itself.

"Please let me go. I beg you" Itt said looking at Day in fear.

"Itt can you please give me one chance and let me explain. " Day joined his hands in praying gesture but Itt was too scared to process and not ready to listen to Day at all.

Suddenly a car dashed at the back of Day's car  making both Day's and Itt's head banged against the dashboard. Day immediately got alerted and looked back to see the car and saw two guys laughing and one standing through sunroof with gun in his hand pointing towards them.  He recalled immediately that they were part of rival gang when he worked for Kamol and took no time to guess that they  want to take revenge. Though he has left the Mafia long time ago but the rivals are not someone who will care if he had left as they would only recall what Day did to trouble them. Day was very cold blooded when he used to work for Kamol and was known for torturing rival by clipping finger, breaking bones without any sympathy.

Day looked at Itt "Are you ok?" who had no idea how to react as he was just trying to get out of car.  Day saw at back again and saw the guy's finger on trigger when he pushed Itt's head down with one hand and stepped on the gas to flew from there. A bullet was fired but it hit the windshield. 

"Itt please stay down" Day said in worried tone and drove as fast as possible and the rival gang car followed them. 

Day was speeding car like anything and car was swaying, his other hand kept Itt's head down who have started trembling and Day could feel same.

Day realise he have to dodge them at any cost as if it was just him he would have faced and fought with them but he cannot put Itt under danger.

He saw little ahead forest area is approaching and there was huge truck infront of them. There were couple of more bullets fired which hit the car body. Itt was shaking but was silent since the first bullet was fired making Day worry more. 

He paced the car to go infront of truck in order to blind the car behind and then suddenly took left turn in the forest area.  By the time the rival car approached near the truck , they cannot see Day's car.

Day drove inside the forest and when he felt little safe and can not see anyone following , he stopped the car and called Itt who did not respond. He gently held Itt's shoulder and  made him lean back. He saw Itt's eyes were red and moist , his face pale and he was trembling. Day opened bottle of water and touched the bottle mouth against Itt's lips , Itt turned his face in opposite direction.

"Itt please have little water, you will feel better." Day said calmly.

"Why.. Why did you bring me with you. Please let me go" Itt said in shaky voice.

"I wanted to just clarify somethings which is pending since years among us" Day said and paused for a while.

"But I did not know I will put you in this unwanted danger."  Day added with a sigh and spoke further "Just wait some time,  I will drop you back safely" Day have started regretting bringing Itt with him.

Itt was quiet and closed eyes leaning against seat when Day saw few drops of blood on his forehead realising Itt must have got hurt when car dashed. Day felt guilty and knew he will scare Itt more if he tries to touch him so he controlled himself and kept the bottle of water on top of dashboard infront of Itt for him to pick on his own.

 Day thought of calling Kamol to send some help but noticed there was no network in his phone. 

They stayed there quietly and none of them spoke  a word for more than a hour. Day felt they are safe now and can go back and started the car and turned to go towards road when he heard the  noise of car and it seemed it was more than one.  He turned back towards forest again and drove taking as many turns to avoid being traced but it seemed the cars were following as the noise was becoming louder and louder.  Itt held the seat belt tightly and looked back.
