Day Itt GENESIS

Chapter 28

Day was about to drive when he saw Itt was struggling with seat belt. Day came closer to Itt to buckle seatbelt . Their eyes were locked.

Both their lips separated and were seeing each other with warmth and affection.Day came closer and buckled the seat belt and Itt from nowhere pushed Day hard making his head hit the car dashboard.

"Ouch Ittttt. Why did you hit me" Day shouted.

"Open this" Itt said as he was trying to remove seat belt.

"You need to wear this in car" Day said firmly rubbing his head which was hurt.

"I need to puke" Itt said putting his hand to cover his  mouth.

Day was quick to remove seat belt and open car door. Itt puked as Day rubbed his back and Day handed him bottle of water to drink. Itt took a sip and sat back in the car.

"I am feeling dizzy" Itt murmured and closed his eyes. Day figured out Itt was too drunk so he drove to nearest store and parked the car. Day opened the car door and was about to step out when a voice came "Where are you going?"

Day was surprised as he thought Itt had already slept , he turned back to see but Itt's eyes were still closed. Day responded "I will get you an hangover drink." Itt did not respond so Day left to get the drink. Day left the car on as Itt was inside and he kept the air conditioner on.

When he returned to his shock, Itt was sitting in the driving seat and moving the steering wheel. Day rushed to the car and shouted  "Itt ... Go back to your seat"

"No I will drive" Itt responded innocently and continued moving the steering wheel. Then Itt suddenly changed the gear to drive mode prompting Day to yell in panic "Itt stop" as the car moved slowly. Day realised the hand brake prevented car to move with speed as the accelerating sound came. Day leaned in through window and switched off the car and removed the key and took a sigh of relief. Itt was hardly sober to understand , he looked at Day and said "Sit I will drive you" making Day shook his head and smile slightly.

Day had to calm himself and talk to Itt to persuade him to come out of the car and move to the passenger seat. "I will let you drive but first come out of car and have this drink" Day said in a soft voice. After coaxing him for a while Itt came out of the car.

 Day made him sit on the bench which was on the corner of the street. It was almost 2:30 am in night and hardly anyone was on the road. Day gave him hangover drink and sat next to him. Itt finished the drink in one go and handed over the empty bottle to Day who smiled seeing his childish behaviour.

Day was about to ask Itt to get up and sit in car when Itt leaned his head on Day's shoulder. Day looked at Itt's face who had closed his eyes.

"Itt let's go it's very late " Day said softly.

"Let's sit for few minutes" Itt responded and Day did not say anything.

Day was thinking if he should drop Itt to his house at this time as it's very late and with Itt's condition , he might disturb his parents too. Day eventually decided to take Itt to his house. After sitting for almost half hour Day called his name and shook Itt  who rubbed his eye and looked at Day in confusion.

"Let's go" Day said softly and Itt nodded and got up. Day made Itt sit on the passenger seat and he was feeling relieved that Itt did not ask to drive again.

Day took Itt to his home and made him sleep on his bed. Day did not disturb him and just removed his shoes and opened couple of top buttons of his shirt to let him sleep comfortably. Day himself took shower and changed; and slept next to Itt.

"No .. no ..  " Itt was mumbling and squirming in sleep. Day turned to see and tried to rub his head to calm him when Itt shrugged him unconsciously. Day pulled him in tight embrace forcefully and rubbed his back and soon Itt was sleeping peacefully.
