Day Itt GENESIS

Chapter 13 - Another Mistake?

Gear and Four approached Itt and tried to wake him up. His body was freezing , they picked him and carried to the car. 

Day tried to go near Itt but Nick stopped him "Don't unless you tell us what is the problem." Nick  followed  them to the car as they took him to the hospital.

Day sat on floor holding his head in frustration when Neil and Night came towards him "Tell us what happened?" Neil asked seriously.

" I ruined his life" Day said as tears started coming out of his eyes the suddenly he got up "I have to talk to him" and held Night shoulder with full strength "Call Gear ask him where he is"  Night resisted "P'Day you are hurting me"  Day loosened his grip. Night added "P'Day you should not go now" but Day forced him to call. 

Day rushed outside and drove to the hospital. He stayed outside the hospital thinking what to do next as he really wanted to clarify things. Though he had no idea how to do. He was in state of confusion he wanted to talk it out with Itt but he was not sure  if talking will reduce or increase pain and is he trying to reduce his pain or Itt's. 

Itt was being monitored by doctor as his heart rate was unstable. After a while Doctor told Gear and others that he is stable now but will woke up after few hours as he has been given sedatives.

Gear , Four and Nick felt relieved and went outside hospital to sit for a while when Day approached them. Nick punched him "What did you do to him?" Gear and Four did not stop him as they were also curious and were irate assuming Day was responsible for Itt's condition. 

Day kneeled down and joined his hands making everyone shocked as they have never seen Day like this. "I need your help please. I did something very bad to your friend and I want to redeem myself. I am not asking forgiveness for myself but please let me make it better for Itt. "

"What did you do to him? " Nick shouted again in anger "Were you.... that night" Nick added in confused tone thinking when he drove to pick Itt and saw him in helpless state.

Day looked down "Please help me. I promise I will reduce some of Itt's suffering if not completely" and did not respond to Nick's question

"What do you want from us?" Gear asked

"I need sometime with him alone. Please trust me I will make things right" Day said but in his heart he was thinking what should he do or say.

"What? You have seen his condition when he sees you. " Gear said feeling annoyed

"P'Day it's not right . We can't do this ,we can't risk his life" Four added in calmer tone.

Day begged them but none of them agree with it and left leaving Day kneeled down. He went back to his car and hit the tyre hard with his foot in frustration.. He was getting impatient as he was also unable to bear the lingering pain. 

Gear did not want to scare Itt's parents so called them to tell Itt came to Nick's party and is tired so will stay with them. Itt's father told Gear to tell Itt that they will be out of town for couple of days.  Gear asked Four to go back and take Gus to home and asked Nick also to go back with Four. Nick stressed on staying till Itt wakes up. Four left and Gear and Nick stayed to take Itt with them once he is awake as doctor told he can leave once he is conscious but had to take his regular pills to avoid such panic attacks.

Gear and Nick went out to get a coffee as Day saw them going out.  Day entered the hospital and asked for Itt. He went to his room and saw Itt was still not conscious. He picked him and put him in wheel chair and went out avoiding nurses and doctors. He took him to his car and picked him and made him sit in the passenger seat of his car. He reclined the seat , put seat belt and then went to driving seat.

Gear asked Nick on the way "What were you asking Day that time?"

Nick thought for a while but then eventually told " It's couple of years back when Itt asked me to pick him from hotel. When I saw Itt, it was as if someone assaulted him. His condition was very bad and post that he stopped meeting everyone and also went to States."

"So you think Day?.." Gear asked broadening his eyes.

"I am not sure Itt never told anything what happened but before that once in pub Day helped Itt so I am not sure ..." Nick said as he was thinking.

Day drove away Itt outside Bangkok. Itt was still unconscious and Day worriedly kept glancing Itt while driving if this will turn into another mistake .
