Day Itt GENESIS

Chapter 39

"What .. Why?" Itt turned to look at Day in shock.

"I don't think we both...." Day tried to explain but Itt did not let him complete the sentence. 

Itt jumped from bed and started picking his clothes and rushed to the washroom. Day was dumbfounded and called Itt's name couple of times but no response.

Itt came out of washroom after changing clothes, picked his mobile without looking at Day and ran down the stairs and rushed to the entrance. 

 Day followed Itt " What happened? Itt where are you going now?" but Itt did not  turn to make any eye contact with Day.

Itt turned knob of door with his hands trembling and eyes filled with tears when Day held Itt's arm to pull back towards him.

Itt punched Day hard on his face making Day stumble.

"Itt what's wrong?" Day said again as he composed himself to stand straight and extended his hand to place it on Itt's shoulder but Itt shrugged his hand and repeated Day's words sarcastically "What's wrong?" and then yelled "What do you think of yourself?"

Day was shocked not understanding Itt's behaviour.

"You can go wherever you want but do not come near me. I thought ..." Itt's voice started breaking and tears rolling down his cheeks.

Itt opened the door and ran out on street.

Day followed him when he saw a bike coming towards Itt, Day sprinted to pull Itt back. The biker also applied brake to stop immediately and cursed as Itt appeared from no where.

Day apologised  to the rider and held Itt's arm strongly to drag him back in the house though Itt continued to resist while bawling and shouting back at Day "Leave me.. Stay away from me"

He brought Itt inside the house and locked the door. Itt leaned against the door and dropped on floor as his sobs increased and he covered his face with his hands and spoke in shaking voice "I .. I thought ... you regret what you did... but you still playing with me" 

"No Itt.. It's not like that.." Day kneeled as well and tried to hold Itt but he kept brushing off Day's hands as he put his head down on his knees.

"Itt please calm down. Let me explain" Day spoke in composed manner.

"No you leave Bangkok ..Go whenever you want. .But... But I am leaving you now" Itt shouted as he tried to get up from floor.

Day understood what's going on. He realised his mistake "Itt .. I just want to protect you" as he embraced Itt tight.

Itt struggled in Day's embrace and pushed him hard as he continued to sob. Day's grip became stronger and he started rubbing Itt's back to calm him down.

Itt eventually gave in against Day's strength and leaned his head on Day's chest. Day could feel Itt's body trembling. 

Day was patient and kept rubbing his back "Itt  I know I was wrong to say that so abruptly."

Itt did not look at Day as his face was still buried in Day's chest.

Day stroked Itt's hair to further calm him "I just did not want you to hurt again..." 

"But you.. you keep playing with mmmm... my  feelings" Itt's voice came muffled.

"No I am not leaving you . I will not leave you till you ask me yourself" Day said in assertive tone.

"I am sorry I said that" Day apologised sincerely understanding that his changing stance confused Itt more in thinking he is playing with his feelings.

"Umm" Itt was not sure what to say but his sobs were diminishing.

"Now can you stop crying" Day said ruffling Itt's hair.

"You still want to have a drink and pizza" Day said teasing Itt to change his mood.

Day separated Itt from him . Itt was still looking down avoiding Day's glance when Day bent to see Itt's face. "You cry like a kid" Day smiled as he saw Itt's red face and wiped tears from his cheek with his finger.

Itt took a deep breath and rubbed his eyes with one hand as Day held Itt's other arm and pulled him back to the room.

"Go change your clothes. I will get the drinks" Day said as he handed him clothes and pushed him in bathroom.

Day poured drink in two glasses and waited in the room for Itt to come out. Itt was still adjusting his mood in the washroom as he washed his face few times.  Day let Itt take his own time.

Day took Itt in the balcony and handed him the drink and clinked his glass against Itt's  making Itt finally look Day in his eyes. Day's expression were soft but he said sternly "I will not be lenient in letting you drink like this going forward."

Itt pouted but sipped the drink. They both sat in silence sipping their drinks looking in the sky.

"Can I have one more?" Itt said after long silence.

Day smiled but took his glass to get another and added "Come inside, it's getting cold." as he saw Itt rubbing his arms because of cool wind.

Day came back with the drink bottle itself and saw Itt pulling blanket to cover himself while sitting on bed. Day sat next to him and poured him drink. This time Itt gulped in one go as he wanted to put his hand back inside the blanket. Day was about to yell but Itt was quick to drink not giving time to Day to react and handing him the glass back , leaving Day gaped.

Day exhaled not trying to shout at Itt but he looked at Itt with fierce eyes. Itt's mood was getting better and he bit his lips while rolling his eyes from Day and grabbed blanket to cover till his neck as he was feeling cold.

Day also finished his drink and sat on bed as he pulled Itt to sit between his legs. Itt did not resist and leaned against his chest. Day also adjusted blanket as Itt wanted and tucked him so that he does not feel cold and  wrapped his arms around Itt's waist under the blanket.

"You make me speak too much" Day said as he bent his head and turned Itt's head a little to kiss him. Itt did not fight back as he was little tipsy too and opened his mouth to let Day enter his tongue. They kissed passionately as Day's hand slipped inside Itt's tshirt.

Itt separated to breathe but it was not long Day started kissing him again. Day removed Itt's t-shirt and made him lie on his back as Day straddled him snuggling in Itt's neck.

"Day.." 

"Umm.."

"Will you leave Bangkok?" Itt asked in low voice to confirm his doubts.

Day heard and pulled himself back  as he held bed's headboard to remove his weight from Itt and looked in Itt's eyes "If I am leaving, you will come with me" and then pecked Itt's forehead.

He moved back to sit next to him and made Itt wear his t-shirt back as Itt looked at him in confusing manner when Day said "You still have fever and I will not be able to control if we continue." Then Day laid down and pulled Itt closer and embraced him.

Itt was really feeling cold as he coughed few times and then cuddled up to Day. He also was exhausted  and his eyelids heavy after crying so much. In no time he fell asleep.

"I hope this is new beginning for us" Day mumbled as he held Itt tightly in his arms.
