No One's Pov:
In was a beautiful buzzing morning; the birds were singing, the church bells were chiming, the wind blew nicely through everyone's hair. Tension was in high in the air, bouncing and buzzing from one person to another. The vibes were so tense, anyone who spoke up felt like they were walking on eggshells.
There was only 1 hour until the wedding. Every single detail that Rebecca had planned throughout the years were finally coming to life, and safe to say that not a single thing could ruin this wedding.
Well, that's what everyone thought.
Occurring now at Nana's residence, two people left in a heated conversation in a scandalous position in a closed off room.
"What is she talking about?"
"Who knows." The lady turned her head to the side, clenching her eyes shut. Her tears falling down by the bundles of hands.
"No." The soft hair that lays on top of the angry man, shook as he shakes his head, knowing that tone she's speaking with means she won't tell him anything. "No."
"No! Don't give me that! What IS she talking about, MG?"
The woman in question couldn't even peel her eyes from the window, and that alone wasn't helping her case against the man who wanted answers so desperately that he was going to go mad if he didn't get it. He stared down at her, daring himself to calm down. This conversation was never going to be easy, but there was a time crunch, and they were losing time.
"Did you..." A gasp spurred from her lips as a hand held her face so she would have no choice but to look up at the eyes trying to pry into her soul and seek answers. It was obvious he was livid, and she knew she had to tell him the truth cause he figured something out.
"...GET an abortion?" The question by itself held the power, controlling the emotions in the room. No matter how calm he spoke it, how quiet the question was said aloud, it didn't hide the intensity of the situation: the anger, hurt and desperation on Shawn's face.
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
A few hours earlier:
Shawn's Pov:
"I'm surprised you said no to the bachelorette party." I said, holding my fiancee against my side as we lay comfortably on our bed watching television. Becca has a short white silk night slip on with fancy looking curlers in her hair. She looked like a classic movie actress.
"Hmm, yes." She hummed back in content. "I am too, but I much prefer this than feeling sick tomorrow morning." I do wish I could have had a bachelor's party though, but I suppose this is nice as well.
"Fair enough."
"To think tomorrow you'd be bringing me to this very room to ravish me." The gentle but firm has trance themselves around my body, and I finally feel no need to remove them. I'm going through with this through and through. I can see myself being happy with her, and loving her completely. We've made huge progress in our relationship, and I can say that I'm looking forward to tomorrow as well.
"And we'll be married."
"That too." She jokes nudging my shoulder with hers. Rebecca has come a long way, she has done a lot of unforgivable things, but has tried to make up for it, tried is what Deon said. I've had to her sit at Nana's because marriage with me means meeting my whole family. Everyone still isn't a big fan of her, but tolerate her enough where she gets a dinner plate.
