Your earlier birthday present, Angelina

The morning after, I stood under the shower, letting the warm water cascade over me as I replayed everything that had happened over the past 24 hours with me and the boys. I had flirted with Sallow but ended up kissing Marvolo inside the Three Broomsticks. Later, I confronted Sebastian about his feelings, kissed him, and nearly let things go further. That choice, however, led to heartbreak—his actions hurt me, pushing me toward Spain with Marvolo.

I was with Marvolo, yet it all spiraled into a storm of fury and tension with Sallow in the bathroom. Marvolo had tried to piece my heart back together, telling me he loved me, but that only fueled Sebastian's jealousy and anger. As last night's memories unraveled in my mind, I couldn't shake his final words.

-The past-
Year 1890 - Lleida Spain - Angella's room
;Last night, the revenge of Angella and Marvolo towards Sebastian;

"May this be your first and final warning, Sallow. If you ever touch this woman again, I will hunt you down. And I can promise, it won't be a pleasant hunt," Marvolo warned, his voice laced with darkness.

Sebastian's gaze drifted across the room, avoiding mine entirely. When he finally spoke, his words came slowly, deliberately. "Did she tell you about last night in Feldcroft?" His eyes flickered toward Marvolo, filled with curiosity.

"That's none of your concern, Sallow. All that matters is that she doesn't end up with you," Marvolo replied, slipping his wand back into its holster as he stood beside me, hands resting on his hips.

Sebastian smirked. "I know she told you, Gaunt. Don't make this harder than it is. Did she also mention that we kissed? That she literally asked for more after I told her it was a one-time thing?" His playful grin was laced with provocation.

Marvolo's gaze flicked toward me, momentarily dark with resentment, but he quickly refocused on Sebastian. "She told me about your moment, yes. And it doesn't bother me that she wanted more. She knows her own boundaries."

Sebastian's eyes gleamed. "Did she also tell you that she loves you the way she loved me?" he taunted.

Marvolo fell silent, his expression darkening as he turned to me. I hadn't said those exact words—not explicitly. I had expressed my feelings in different ways, but that shouldn't matter, right? He knew how I felt. Why would he need to hear the words themselves?

Sebastian chuckled softly, turning toward the balcony. "As a matter of fact, I know she didn't say it. She's afraid to speak her feelings, scared of what will happen once she does. But the way she looked at me that night—just for those few seconds—I'll remember it for the rest of my life. She's always desired men, but she never loved them. Until I forced her to confront it, and she finally spoke her truth to me."

His gaze met mine, but this time, it wasn't filled with longing or lust—it was the devotion of a man determined to win. This was a battle he was born for, and he wasn't backing down after the stunt I pulled.

"Sweetheart, I never craved attention until I tasted yours," he murmured. "You are the trouble I'm in. No one has ever affected me the way you have. And lying to Anne? That was a sin I was willing to commit. I needed my time with you before the world interfered. What you heard in the garden wasn't the truth... and deep down, you fucking know it. But I guess this was the escape you needed so you wouldn't end up with me."

And then, with a victorious grin, he delivered the final blow.

"Mi lado gentil te hace débil, hermosa. Mientras que mi lado dominante te hace anhelar y mojarte, y eso te asusta muchísimo."
(My gentle side makes you weak, gorgeous. While my dominant side makes you ache and drip with desire—and that terrifies you.)
