❝I can finish that for you❞
______________________________
The room was warm, the air thick with the gentle hum of a summer night. I shifted once beneath the covers, then settled again. The house had gone completely silent, no footsteps, no voices only the occasional chirp of crickets and the soft rustle of leaves outside my window.
The sheets tangled loosely around my thighs as I moved, the room bathed in that surreal, golden glow unique to dreams. My skin tingled beneath my fingertips. slow, deliberate, teasing, my breath catching as desire coiled deep inside me. I was thinking of him, Sebastian.. as I touched myself.
Then, the door creaked open.
I looked up, startled, my chest rising and falling quickly. There he was, Sebastian standing in the doorway in a black t-shirt, frozen like a man caught between guilt and awe.
"Ang, I need to talk—" he began, eyes wide with surprise. "Oh... shit, sorry!"
He stepped back in a hurry, smacking his head against the doorframe with a loud bang.
"Fuck."
I gasped, instinctively grabbing for the blanket. "Sebastian!"
"I didn't see anything," he blurted out, pressing his palm to his forehead. "Except... I totally did."
And then he was gone, muttering apologies as he pulled the door shut behind him.
I lay there, stunned, my heart pounding, my skin still burning.
Minutes passed.
The door creaked open again.
This time, he didn't hesitate. He entered the room in a few quick strides and sat at the edge of the bed, his presence heavy and electric. His voice was low, thick with intent.
"I can finish that for you," he murmured.
I couldn't move. Couldn't speak.
His fingers brushed against my ankle, trailing slowly up the length of my leg like he had all the time in the world. His mouth followed, warm and devastating, kissing the inside of my knee, then higher still.
He whispered my name like it meant everything.
I hovered between dreaming and waking, caught in the pull of fear and longing. The golden light shimmered around him, outlining his tousled hair, clenched jaw, and unreadable eyes as they locked with mine.
"Say something," he whispered, his hand resting firmly on my thigh.
"I..." My voice broke.
Sebastian let out a shaky, breathless laugh.
He leaned in, pressing his forehead gently to mine. I was wrapped in his scent, soap, cinnamon, and something undeniably him. His lips hovered, the space between us thick with hesitation.
I tilted my chin, just enough, a silent invitation.
And that was all he needed.
His lips met mine, soft at first, reverent then hungrier, deeper. His fingers wove into my hair as I pulled him closer, desperate in a way that surprised us both. The heat surged between us, tension snapping like a wire stretched too far.
He shifted, easing me beneath him, the sheets twisting around our bodies as the kiss turned fevered. There was no room for patience anymore only mouths, hands, and fire.
