"So cute!" Chittip pinched Riley's cheek. "So, your name is Riley?"

"Uhm... yes. Nice to meet you." Riley bowed politely and then straightened his back, looking at Chittip curiously. "Are you... really Jevy's grandma?"

"Haha. Yes, why?"

"I thought you were his aunt."

"Haha!" Chittip burst out in laughter, covering her mouth with the back of her hand. "Oh, what a silly boy."

Jevin couldn't help but cast Riley a judgemental look. 'He is surely sly sometimes.'

"Anyway, shall we go?" Marco clapped, earning everyone's attention. "I already talked to Riley's parents. Should we eat out?"

The corner of his mouth stretched from ear to ear as he darted his eyes between the two children. Jevin didn't look as excited, but Riley's eyes were sparkling as if it had been a while since he ate outside.

"If that's settled, then let's go?" Marco nodded at them while Chittip straightened her back.

"Let's go." Chittip offered her hand to Jevin, which the latter took immediately. She then cast Riley a look, offering him a warm smile as she held her hand to him.

Riley's cheek turned pinkish, a little shy as he held Chittip's hand. Chittip and Jevin smiled in satisfaction before they turned to Marco, who was smiling as well.

With that being said, the four of them hitched inside the navy blue SUV. Princess opened the door for them, closing it once Marco got in. She then jogged to the front passenger seat as the other person who had initially sat there took over the other car.

"Seatbelts." Chittip reminded the children, helping them buckle up their seats for safety.

"You too." Chittip looked over the children between them, only to see Marco wiggle his brows. "Buckle up your seat, dear. We should set an example for the children."

Chittip simply chuckled, shaking her head but buckling her seat, anyway. Since they often sit in the back seat, they usually don't do this. However, they were worried Jevin would pick up this habit as well. Therefore, whenever they were with him, they would want to be a good example.

"Where do you want to eat?" she asked, gazing down at the two boys between her and her husband.

"Anywhere is fine." Riley pressed his lips, casting Jevin a look. "I'm actually still a little full. Jevy shares his snacks and lunch with me."

"Huh?" Chittip tilted her head to the side. "Why is that? Did you forget your snacks?"

"He only has crackers for snacks, and rice for lunch," Jevin explained monotonously, watching how Chittip's face showed concern.

"Why is that?"

"Uhm..." This time, Jevin hesitated, casting Riley a look. Seeing that Riley seemed uncomfortable with the topic, he sighed.

"Grandma, can we eat fast food this time?" he changed the topic, looking up at his grandmother.

Chittip assessed Jevin before glancing at her husband. Marco shook his head mildly as a sign to stop the topic, making her nod a bit and return her attention to Jevin.

"Sure." She raised her hand, ruffling her grandson's head. "Riley, is that okay with you?"

"Yes!" Riley grinned, earning a pat on the head from Marco.

"Then, that's settled. Though, don't tell your parents!" Marco humored. "They might not approve of this."

"Yes!" Riley and Jevin answered cheerfully, making Chittip and Marco chuckle.

Meanwhile, Princess glanced over her shoulder and smiled subtly. Since she was with Jevin at all times, it was inevitable for her to watch Chittip and Marco take care of the little master. Both of them were good people, and there was no doubt about that.

'They really treasure their grandson and were naturally kind-hearted people.' Princess set her eyes on the road, only to catch something from the corner of her eyes.

Even before Princess could turn her head, her heart already thudded as it sensed danger. When she turned her head and saw another SUV driving straight to their side, her eyes dilated.

"Watch out!" she yelled, putting a stop to the laughter in the back seat.

Screech!!!

Princess instinctively reached for the steering wheel, moving it to the side that made it screech. Chittip screamed at the sudden turn, holding Jevin while Marco embraced the children protectively.

Everything happened for a few seconds. The waves of laughter and harmonious chatting in the backseat were replaced by screams, syncing with the tires screeching before a thunderous thud silenced everything.

CRASHED!

"Ugh..." Princess grunted, peeking through her one eye weakly. The side of her head throbbed, and it felt hot as blood trickled down on it.

When she tried to move, she winced at the striking pain in her leg. When she gazed down, she caught a metal impaled the side of her leg. She glanced at the driver, only to see him unconsciously on the airbag.

"Ugh..." Her breath hitched as realization struck her. 'The little master!'

She turned her head to see the back seat.

As soon as Princess saw the back seat, her heart sank. All four of them were injured, unconscious. Aside from the shards from the shattered windows, there was too much blood inside.

"Madam... little master..." Princess panted for air, mustering every reserved energy she got to help herself out so she could carry those four out of the vehicle first. However, just as the thought crossed her, the backseat door suddenly opened.

Huh?

Princess furrowed her brows, turning her head to her side. However, all she could see was the other SUV on the side of her door. Her heart thudded once again, giving her a boost of adrenaline as she heard a person's voice.

"What the... hey! There are two kids here! Which one?" asked the man, confused.

It took a few seconds before another man spoke. "Just take them both."

BANG!

The two men who were standing outside the back seat flinched at the sudden thud. They turned their head, eyes landing on the front passenger seat.

THUD!

They flinched again when the door from the front passenger seat was being forced open from the inside. It almost made the other SUV that was blocking it move.

"Don't touch them!!" A growl was heard from the front passenger seat, making the men look at each other.

"Take the children and let's get out of here!"

"I said!!!" Princess screamed her lungs out, bumping her side against the door to open it. Her leg squirted out blood, but she didn't stop. "Don't you!! Touch them!!"

But to no avail.

No matter how Princess screamed her warning, the men hurriedly dragged the injured boys out. They hurriedly ran to the other SUV before the vehicle sped away at maximum speed. Only when the SUV moved away did Princess get out of the vehicle, but it was too late.

CLANG!

Jennie dropped her teacup, eyes wide at Butler Fu, who delivered the news to her.

"Did you just say... someone... took my son?"
