"Am I beautiful, Lisa?"

"I put on your favorite perfume, and I'm wondering what you think of my outfit."

"Oh, you want breakfast? Don't worry, I'll make you one with Jevy — kyah!"

"Lisa, stop it!"

Lucas felt all the hair in his body raised, watching Mrs. Deng act flirtatiously at her age. Not that he had a problem with old people dating or feeling young. However, Mrs. Deng, the maid he had known since he was a child, was role-playing as his big brother's wife while hugging Lisa's suit.

This sight alone was enough to give him goosebumps. Her provocative remarks, calling Lisa's name in such a manner, almost made Lucas throw up.

Lucas stayed frozen in his spot, unable to kick the door open or look away at the moment. All he could do was watch this madness unfold right in front of him, watching Mrs. Deng dance while hugging his brother's suit.

"Disgusting," he breathed out through his gritted teeth, balling his hand into a fist.

"Lisa..." Mrs. Deng moaned, moving the sleeve down to her legs. "Not there —"

"Fuck!!!" This time, Lucas's voice erupted with adrenaline, kicking the door open before things would go even more nasty.

Mrs. Deng jumped in surprise, eyes shaking as she turned her head to the entrance. The moment her eyes landed on the person standing by the door, her pupils went wide as they shook. She dropped the suit from her embrace and it landed on her feet soundlessly.

"Se — second young master?" she stuttered. "What  — what are you doing in here?"

"Mrs. Deng, what the hell are you doing?" Lucas's face turned red in disgust, looking at the head maid from head to toe. "Is this what you do in here? Fantasize about my brother, who is almost half your age while pretending to be my sister-in-law?"

"What?" Mrs. Deng's breath hitched as her body shook. "Second young master, I can — I can explain!"

"Explain?" Lucas balled his hand into a tight fist, grinding his teeth. "How are you going to explain how you were about to touch yourself with my brother's clothes?"

Mrs. Deng opened and closed her mouth, but her voice was stuck in her throat. Horror slowly dominated her face, realizing Lucas heard and saw everything. She couldn't get away from this!

Grasping she was doomed, Mrs. Deng sprinted toward Lucas and slid to her knees.

"Second young master, I only did this once!" she explained, rubbing her palms together, begging on her knees. "I simply thought the clothes here were so pretty, and it's a shame that they weren't being used! I will not do it again. Please don't tell the master!"

Mrs. Deng begged and begged, using all the excuses she could think of even when they didn't make sense to him. At this point, Mrs. Deng should know how unforgiving and sensitive Lucas could be. Even if he didn't see what he saw, just the fact she was wearing his family's clothes or things was enough to warrant his anger.

"Second young master, I —"

"You are a disgusting piece of trash." Lucas scoffed, shaking his head while keeping his eyes on her. "I can't believe someone like you is around my brother."

"No, second young master!" Mrs. Deng almost choked at Lucas's remarks, crawling to his feet to beg more for leniency. However, just as her hand touched his shoes, Lucas aggressively kicked her away.

"Ah!"

"Don't touch me with those filthy hands!" Lucas growled, showing no sign of remorse despite kicking the middle-aged woman.

"Second young master..." A thick layer of tears covered Mrs. Deng's eyes, feeling her hand throb from the kick.

"I said you should leave. You're not taking any of your things without anyone inspecting it." Another layer of frost coated his face as his eyes turned red in anger. "Who knows what else you stole from my sister?"

"Second young master, please don't kick me out." She teared up, but instead of getting his sympathy, her tears simply brought another wave of anger into his heart.

"Leave! While I'm asking nicely, Mary Rose!"

"Please..."

"You don't want to leave?" Lucas scorned, letting out a short, dry laugh. "You probably think so little of me that you think I can't kick you out, huh?"

He clenched his teeth as his growing anger and disgust slowly overtook him. In a minute, Lucas's vision turned red as he leaped a huge step.

"Come here, you bitch!" Lucas grabbed Mrs. Deng's dress, making the latter squeal at his aggressiveness. "How dare you do this to my brother when our family only showed you nothing but kindness?"

Lucas dragged Mrs. Deng out viciously, ignoring the latter's begging and squealing that he was hurting her.

Meanwhile, Jennie snapped her eyes up on the second floor upon hearing Mrs. Deng's squealing. Bear, who was with her in the lobby, also looked up with furrowed brows.

"Is he beating her up?" he wondered, noticing some servants rush to the mansion's lobby to see what was going on.

They first saw Jennie sitting on the long couch, enjoying a juice she brought with her. Before they could go to the second floor, Jennie spoke.

"Don't worry," she said, stopping the servants who were about to rush to the second floor where Mrs. Deng was screaming. "Lucas is just scolding Mrs. Deng because she's been misbehaving. So, don't mind them."

A smile turned up on her face, making the servants furrow their brows. "Please, leave this area for now."

The servants looked at the young madam with reluctance and puzzlement. However, the closer Mrs. Deng's scream and begging, the more their instincts told them to listen to the young madam. After all, they might not have said it, but all of them were aware that Mrs. Deng had been taking an interest in the young madam's clothes.

"What are you waiting for?" After a minute, Bear's stern voice brought them back to the current lapse. "Nothing is going on here. Go back to whatever you were doing and leave the area."

"Uh..." the servants looked at each other before they nodded at Jennie. "Yes. Please tell us if you need anything, young madam."

And just like that, the servants left without checking what was going on. Not long after everyone was dismissed, Jennie and Bear caught Lucas's figure dragging Mrs. Deng down the stairs.

'As expected from him,' Jennie smirked, eyelids drooping. "Bear, assist my little brother. He might fall or he might end up killing her. I don't want her dead yet."
