Meanwhile, Lisa glanced at the window from the backseat.

"What's with the traffic?" he wondered aloud, seeing some people around. "Why is everyone loitering the driveway?"

"Uhh..." Jisoo cringed as he looked back. "Sir, it seems there were a few trucks ahead and everyone was unloading them to go under the scanner."

"Trucks?"

"Yes." Jisoo nodded. "Butler Fu said it's gifts from the second young master."

Lisa's expression immediately turned dark upon hearing his brother's grand gesture again. He appreciated Lucas's display of love for his kids, but this was too much. Even Lisa had to hold back from spoiling his daughter and son, afraid if he didn't balance it well, his kids would turn out spoiled.

But Lucas just did whatever he wanted. Was he the father here?

"Turn back," said Lisa sternly. "Let's use the other entrance. We will stay here the whole day."

"Yes." Jisoo cast Tiger, Lisa's new driver, a look. "You heard the master."

"Damn..." Tiger lazily rolled his eyes. "Your family is crazy!"

"Hey!" Jisoo snapped at Tiger, making the latter lean away from him. "You watch your mouth! How can you say that to your boss?"

"What?" Tiger hissed, clicking his tongue in irritation as he shifted gears. "You guys want honest people — I'm being honest. I'll call you a hypocrite if you deny that you also think this is overkill as well."

Jisoo frowned, watching Tiger drive in reverse to get out of this traffic driveway. Ever since Tiger became Lisa's official driver, Jisoo's day-to-day life became more... colorful. Jisoo hated colors.

"Sir!" Jisoo harrumphed, looking back at the back seat while pointing to the driver's seat. "This guy is already too much! Let's fire him."

"Oy, oy, Mr. Kim. How can you say that when I'm here?"

"He's so rude and indecent!" Jisoo ignored Tiger's lazy remarks, eyes still on Lisa. "Don't worry. I'll find you a suitable driver. Just not this one!"

Tiger scrunched up his face, putting his pinky in his ear to scratch it. "So annoying. Mr. Manoban, why don't you change assistant, eh? This guy is just so annoying."

"What?!" Jisoo gasped in disbelief, looking at Tiger's side profile from up and down. "The only thing that changed in you is your haircut and that you seem to be showering every other day instead of weekly! Are you not embarrassed?"

"I shower every other day. What's there to be embarrassed about?"

"Hah!" Jisoo placed his hand on his chest, speechless at this driver's shamelessness. He then looked back at Lisa, as if ready to beg the latter to heed his cry. But alas, from the looks of it, Lisa didn't care much about their banter.

"Mr. Kim, Tiger is doing his best with his hygiene problem," said Lisa unenthusiastically, resting his jaw on his knuckles, and eyes on the window. "And Tiger, don't tease Mr. Kim too much. He's already under deep stress."

"Boss, he's the one who usually runs his mouth. But well, as the big person, alright." Tiger shrugged, warranting a distasteful look from Jisoo.

"Oh, goodness." Jisoo pinched the bridge of his nose, wobbling to his seat like a withered leaf. "Why did my life turn out like this?"

Back then, Jisoo only had to deal with Lisa's casual roast. It wasn't every day Lisa would roast him anyway, as the master was quiet most of the time. However, ever since Lisa chose Tiger to be his official driver and also the captain of the security unit, things were never peaceful for Jisoo.

And this had been happening for months! MONTHS! Jisoo was even surprised that he was surviving because Tiger just wouldn't stop poking his nose where it didn't belong. After all, Tiger didn't only drive for Lisa, but his presence was also needed during important meetings. In other words, if Lisa wasn't in his office, then Jisoo and Tiger were always together.

"Hehehe." Tiger chuckled deviously, sliding his eyes to the corner to take a look at the distressed assistant. "Mr. Kim should behave."

Jisoo gasped for the umpteenth time, looking at the shameless man in the driver's seat. His mouth opened and closed, but he was just so astounded by Tiger's shamelessness it rendered him speechless.

Meanwhile, Lisa glanced at the people in the front. A shallow breath slipped past his nostrils before setting his eyes to the window. Ever since Tiger took charge of his security and became his driver, there wasn't a single moment his rides were peaceful.

Those two often argue. Though most of the time, Tiger was just playing. It was his way of killing his boredom, and Jisoo was perfect for that. Even so, Lisa would let them.

Why?

Despite the disharmony between the two, they were perfect companions for him. One was smart and quick to catch on, especially in the most crucial time. The other, on the other hand, wouldn't mind using a bit of force when needed.

With these two behind him, Lisa could fulfill his agenda easily.

'But that's not the point...' he thought as she gazed at the driver as they made a turn. 'Did Lucas really buy all of those?'

His face turned dark at the thought, assuming Lucas had a hidden grudge against them. How could his little brother make everyone work double?

"Oh, my god..." Jennie's mouth fell open, standing in the middle of the lobby and watching everyone carrying boxes of gifts.

She could see more people outside, unloading the trucks to prepare them to go under the scanner. Those scanned gifts would then be carried to the entrance and then, from there, servants and bodyguards would carry them somewhere else.

'Even a year isn't enough to unbox everything,' she thought, arching a brow when she caught a familiar figure from the corner of her eyes. Seeing Lucas dragging his feet listlessly, Jennie folded her arms under her chest.

"I knew it," she said, making the distraught Lucas turn his head in her direction. "It's your fault, isn't it?"

"Sis!" Lucas hurriedly came to her side, almost on the verge of tears. "Everyone is blaming me that I am the culprit for all these trucks, but I just bought one! I'm innocent!"

"Huh?"

"Huhu. Sis, everyone here is just bullying me! I am the second young master, but they were making me work..." Lucas trailed off when he felt something from his back collar. When he looked back, a look of horror dominated his face at the sight of Princess.

"There's still more, second young master. Keep moving," said Princess, dragging the second young master to the entrance.

"Sis!" Lucas yelled while being dragged by the huge woman. "Help!"

"Sorry." Jennie shook her head, chuckling at the pitiful Lucas. But then her brows rose as she recalled Lucas's remarks. "Not all of them were his?"

She didn't comprehend that remark, as it sounded vague. However, when she caught Mark from the corner of her eyes, she turned her head. The moment she did, Mark looked away and marched toward the gifts.

'Ahh...' Jennie smiled as she cracked the minor mystery. 'Goodness. He truly hadn't changed. He's still as grand as how I knew him.'

After all, aside from Jane, Mark was considered the wealthiest among the underbosses in the organization.
