Rajveer's POV

I was overwhelmed with frustration over everything happening; I didn't know what to do. I couldn't connect with Tara; it felt as if she had vanished from my life. It all seemed like a nightmare.

"Raj... Bacche, get ready. We have to leave," Maa Sa said as she entered my room.

"Maa Sa, I want to talk about something," I said, trying once more to discuss about Tara. But, being her usual self, Maa Sa hurried out, saying we would talk later.

Ufff... why is this happening to me? With a heavy heart, I donned the Red Kurta that Maa Sa had set aside for me. 'Why does she want me to wear this heavy kurta?' I thought to myself.

Soon, I made my way downstairs, as it was time to leave. I noticed everyone was so cheerful and animated. Seeing them like this broke my heart; everyone was happy, while I was struggling with my feelings for Tara.

I sighed and approached where everyone was waiting. "Mahre Kuwar Sa, ghanna futra lage," Dadi Sa said while warding off evil spirits from me. (My Prince, you look so good.)

"Bacche, aap toh sach mein kaafi pyaare lag rahe hain," Maa Sa said, placing kajal behind my ear. (Son, you really are looking lovely.)

I simply smiled at them, and we proceeded outside. The elders were in one car, while the younger ones were in another.

"Bhai Sa, hamein toh dar lag raha hai. Aapne kuch socha hai?" Aditi asked worriedly. (Brother, I'm scared. Have you thought this through?)

"Nahi, Bacche, hamein bhi kuch samajh nahi aa raha," I replied gloomily. (No, dear, I can't figure anything out either.)

"Bhai Sa, agar yeh wali Bhabhi Sa bhi Nayantara Bhabhi Sa jaisi nikli toh?" Lakshay queried. (Brother, what if this Bhabhi Sa is like Nayantara Bhabhi Sa?)

"What the hell do you mean, Laksh? She is not your Bhabhi; you better not call her that!" I snapped, not grasping his point.

"What I mean is, what if Adi goes and talks to her like she did with Nayantara Bhabhi Sa? Maybe she'll say no," Lakshay explained, attempting to calm me.

"Bhai Sa, I think Laksh Bhai Sa may have a point here," Aditi chimed in.

"Adi Bacche, I don't want to involve you in this mess again. I'll handle it myself," I said, turning my gaze out of the window.

Soon, we arrived at one of our hotels where we were supposed to meet them. I wondered why we were meeting in a hotel. We walked into the lobby where everyone was waiting.

"Sir, all the preparations have been made according to the list you provided," the receptionist informed Baba Sa.

"Thank you. And I hope the team is ready to welcome our guests?" Baba Sa asked.

"Yes, sir. As soon as they arrive, the team will be ready to greet them," the receptionist replied before leaving to guide the team.

"Baba Sa, why this grand welcome and all these arrangements? We are just here for a meeting, right?" I asked, confused.
