As the evening grew quiet and the house settled down, Gio and Sari found themselves in their bedroom, the soft glow of the bedside lamp casting a warm light over the room.
Gio was feeling playful, wrapping her arms around Sari and pulling her close, her eyes sparkling with that mischievous gleam Sari had come to know well.
Gio leaned in, pressing gentle kisses along Sari's neck, her voice low and teasing. "You know," she murmured between kisses, "bakit hindi natin dagdagan ang tatlong prinsesa natin?"
Sari laughed softly, turning to look at Gio with raised eyebrows. "Tigilan mo'ko bebe" she chuckled, playfully rolling her eyes. "Naka apat na tayo, tapos gusto mo pang dagdagan? awa nalang sa matres ko"
Gio grinned, not deterred. "Para lalaki naman, wala akong jr. Eh, sige na asawa ko." Her eyes sparkled with excitement, and she couldn't help but nuzzle closer, pressing her forehead against Sari's.
Sari shook her head, smiling as she ran her fingers through Gio's hair. "Tumahimik ka diyan, ayoko muna. Buti kong ikaw ang laging nag papalit ng diapers nila, ang arte mo pa naman"
Gio sighed dramatically, as if wounded. "Come on, bebe," she teased, her voice soft and persuasive. "I can see it now. Another little one with your smile, your kindness... You can't say you haven't thought about it."
Sari tried to keep a straight face, but she couldn't help the smile tugging at her lips. "Alright, I'll admit... maybe the thought crossed my mind once or twice. But you're the one who has to handle three already."
Gio grinned, clearly undeterred. "Then why not make it four?"
Sari burst into laughter, unable to keep it in any longer. "bebe, hinaan mo boses mo, baka gising pa ang mga bata marinig tayo" she giggled, leaning into her wife as Gio's kisses grew more tender.
Her hands wrapping around Sari's waist. In that moment, their laughter faded into a warm, shared intimacy, their conversation melting into whispered words and gentle touches, a language only the two of them understood.
Sari's heart swelled, and she pressed a soft kiss to Gio's lips, feeling the depth of their connection in every touch, every gentle caress.
As their romantic night deepened, there was a sudden knock on the door, interrupting their laughter and whispered promises. Gio and Sari froze, glancing at each other, caught off guard. They heard the voice of their housemaid, muffled through the door.
"Excuse me, ma'am," the maid said, sounding slightly embarrassed. " " "pinapatanong po ni Griella kung bakit daw po maingay... okay lang po ba kayo?."
Gio stifled a laugh and called back, "Oh! We're just... playing a little game! Everything's fine. Tell Griella to get some rest."
The maid murmured an "okay" before leaving, and they heard her footsteps fade down the hall. Once the coast was clear, Gio turned to Sari with a playful smirk.
"hindi ko na malayan na maingay pala tayo" she teased, pulling Sari close again. "akala ko sound proof to."
Sari rolled her eyes, laughing," Sound proof mukha mo, gising pa pala ang mga bata"
Once the interruption passed, Gio and Sari exchanged amused, knowing smiles, but as soon as they were alone again, the laughter slowly faded into the warmth of their shared affection.
Gio's playful smirk softened into
something deeper as she leaned close, her fingers gently tracing Sari's face, brushing a few loose strands of hair behind her ear.
"bebe..." Gio whispered, her voice laced with a soft tenderness that made Sari's heart skip a beat. In this quiet, private moment, every touch felt like a promise, every look filled with the love they'd built together over the years.
Sari felt herself relax in Gio's embrace, letting go of the day's worries and allowing herself to be present, here and now, with the woman she loved more than words could express. Their laughter gave way to a beautiful intimacy, the room filled with soft whispers and delicate touches.
The outside world faded completely as they poured their love and trust into each other, savoring every moment.
Hours later, as they lay wrapped up in each other, hearts beating in sync, Gio kissed Sari's forehead, brushing her fingers over Sari's hand. "You're my everything, Sari," she murmured softly, a content smile playing on her lips. Sari nestled closer, her voice barely a whisper.
"And you're mine, Gio. Forever."
In each other's arms, they drifted into a peaceful sleep, content and fulfilled, knowing they were exactly where they were meant to be with each other, surrounded by the family they had lovingly created, and a future that held only more beautiful moments together.
