Part 49

AUTHOR'S POV 

The silence in the house felt eerie after a month of non-stop laughter and chatter. Y/N and Taehyung  sat on the couch, surrounded by the empty spaces where Taehyung's parents had left their mark.

Taehyung's mom had brought her famous cooking, and the kitchen was still filled with the aroma of her delicious meals. His dad had taken over the living room, turning it into a makeshift movie theater for family film nights.

Y/N smiled wistfully, remembering the countless memories they'd made together. "It feels so quiet without them," she said, snuggling into Taehyung's side.

Taehyung wrapped his arms around her, holding her close. "I know. It was amazing having them here with us

As they sat there, reminiscing about the past month, Y/N realized that even though Taehyung's parents were gone, their presence would still be felt in the little things – the way the sunlight filtered through the windows, the smell of Mrs. Taehyung's cooking, and the memories they'd created together.

Taehyung noticed Y/N's eyes welling up with tears and immediately pulled her into a warm hug. "Hey, hey, don't be sad," he whispered, his voice filled with comfort.Y/N sniffled, feeling a bit better with Taehyung's arms around her. "I just miss them already," she said, her voice muffled against his chest.

Taehyung chuckled and gently lifted her chin. "I know, me too. But we'll see them again soon, and we have all the amazing memories we made together to hold onto."

He smiled mischievously. "Plus, I have a surprise to cheer you up."Y/N's curiosity was piqued. "What is it?" she asked, her eyes sparkling with interest.Taehyung grinned. "Follow me."He took her hand, leading her to the backyard. There, he had set up a romantic picnic area, complete with candles, blankets, and a special playlist.

Y/N gasped, feeling her heart melt at the thoughtful gesture. "Taehyung, this is beautiful."Taehyung smiled, pulling her into a gentle kiss. "I wanted to make you smile. You deserve all the happiness in the world."

ON THE OTHER SIDE 

Jimin was working in his office , he was surrounded  with files around him . He was trying to forget that night with Ryujin but couldn't able to forget it . So , to shake off the lingering emotions, Jimin immersed himself in his work, letting the long hours and tedious tasks consume his thoughts. 

" Sir, its time for your meeting with the overseas clients" Lana Jimin's personal assistant knocked on the door to pull him up from his daydream snapping Jimin back to attention. 

Jimin stood up, smoothing out his wrinkled suit pants. He adjusted his tie, making sure it was perfectly knotted, and buttoned his jacket. With a final tug on his cuffs, he turned to PA."I'm ready," Jimin said, his voice crisp and confident.

PA nodded, handing Jimin a slim leather folder. "Your notes and briefing, sir. You have a meeting with the marketing team in 15 minutes.

Jimin took the folder, scanning its contents briefly before tucking it under his arm. With a nod, he strode out of the office, PA following closely behind

As they walked, Jimin's expression transformed from introspective to commanding, his eyes narrowing into a sharp focus. He was ready to take on the meeting, and nothing was going to get in his way . 

Whereas , Ryujin came at the reception " Umm...excuse me I want to meet the CEO urgently " . The receptionist smiled at her " Ma'am do you have any appointment ? "

"No but I need to meet him please consider it as urgent " Ryujin implored ..... " I'm sorry but it's not possible like this " Receptionist replied 

Jimin was currently in his meeting with the clients as he fell in and out of focus with a growing tension of raised voices emerging from the reception area. He apologized and walked over to the meeting room door.

He could see Ryujin through the glass wall at the reception desk, face flushed as she pleaded with the receptionist. The receptionist was unyielding, though polite.

Ryujin gaze was met with narrowed eyes on Jimin's part. What was she doing here? 

Ryujin ran to him and said " Jimin I want to tell you something , its really important " 

" But I'm in really important meeting , I'll talk to you later " Jimin replied in hurry because he left the overseas client unattended 

Before he left from there , Ryujin's voice barely audible, whispered a bombshell: "I'm pregnant Jimin and it's your child "
