She pulled away from him, "Why would I want to work for him?"

"You don't have many options." He spoke low, and put his hands in his pockets.

"He might be right." thought Evangeline.

"Go upstairs."

"What?"

"Go."

"Why?"

"Go upstairs."

Eva's heart began to race, as she reluctantly headed toward the staircase. She crept up the stairs that were made of stone, with Draco behind, keeping an eye on her.

When Evangeline was upstairs, she made eye contact with Lucius Malfoy, then Voldemort.

"Good morning, Evangeline." The Dark Lord smiled and twirled his wand with his fingertips, "Give me your wrist."

She looked at him, confused. He stormed toward her and grabbed her arm, then put the tip of his wand on her wrist. Voldemort began to mutter something, as a black skull with a snake creeping out of its jaw appeared on her wrist.

"You're now one of us." He stated, "You have to stay alive; only because of what you had informed me on. You must do what I say, Evangeline. You will be watched, at all times. Because Draco goes to school with you, he will be with you at all times. And if you don't do what I say, he will use the cruciatus curse on you. Not enough to kill you, but enough to teach you a lesson. But he'll also be your bodyguard. To make sure nothing happens to you, just in case."

She felt sick to her stomach.

"Do you understand, Evangeline?"

"Yeah."

"You will hide that mark. You will stay undercover with your mouth shut about any of this. You will get information on your brother and find out about his Horcrux hunt."
