THE CULMINATING: CONGRATULATIONS! 

I invited lolo to watch the recital. Since kasama din naman sa recital sina kuya, andon din sina tita at iba kong pinsan, tsaka iba naming friends, they really came to support us. Cana and Lucille are part of the production team. 

"Galingan niyong lahat." sabi samin ni Lolo. Tumingin naman sya sa akin. "Ngayon na lang uli kita makikitang tumugtog sa stage. I want to see more, at least before I go." 

"Lolo naman..." sabi ko sa kanya. Thinking that he will be gone soon... wag naman sana muna, I am still trying to recover from everything at ngayon pa lang nagsisimula yun... I don't think I can handle it now... please ibigay niyo muna sakin ang lolo ko, at least we have memories together.

Recital... We're in a dome. There was a grand piano on the center stage. We invited our families and friends to watch us for this event. This is mainly for all of the workshop na ginawa ng company nina Cana... so variety performances sya, and we will be able to watch the different departments from singing, dancing, acting department tapos pinagsama yung sa violin and piano department.

The opening was the performance of Kaizo, Jared, Gilmer, and Erylle, tapos si ninang ang nasa piano, then may dalawang ciello - nasa gitna sila ng stage, and surprisingly meron ding DJ... at first, he doesn't make sense to me... as they started playing, the different departments entered the stage from both sides. The singing department is singing in chorus, while the dancing department is dancing as they enter. By the middle of the song, the violin department entered the stage and we started playing simultaneously with them, and the music went by. Tumataas balahibo ko sa tagpong to... all I can see is the light coming from all directions focusing on the stage... I can clearly hear the cheers of the people. Every department exits the stage as the song slows down.  

After ng opening ay nanatili kami sa mga dressing rooms. Napapanood naman namin yung performances from the rooms kase may monitor doon. The performances of the other departments are awesome! Nakakatuwang I get to see this kind of view again. 

"Are you nervous?" Tanong sakin ni Frances na tumabi sakin sa long couch. 

"Yeah... actually, si Craeyan ang iniisip ko right now." The final piece that we have decided is the Rewrite the Stars. We have kuya Crae's approval, but of course, I want Craeyan to know that we are using it. I sent him an email letting him know that we are going to use it pero wala naman syang response sakin. It's starting to sink in na wala na talaga yung isa pang taong kumukumpleto ng araw ko at isa sa mas nakakaintindi sakin sa kahit anong bagay. 

"He'll understand, I know him. Tsaka ikaw naman yan eh so it's fine. Just send him a video of the performance, he will watch it for sure." Frances said as an assurance that everything will be fine. I nodded in agreement. 

"It would be perfect if he were here playing with us." 

"Soon for sure. Wag ka na mag-alala... just enjoy everything." 

We continued watching the performances until it was our department's turn. The first half of the performance is the by-pair of violin and piano. Ang gagaling ng performances from all the parties, nakakaramdam ako ng panlalamig habang papalapit nang papalapit yung samin ni Frances. Iniisip ko baka magkamali ako... AHAHAHAH Ano ba naman yun diba???
