Loki was sure (Y/n) had left him to die a painful, terrible death. Did their bonding moment mean nothing to her? Was she so cruel that she left him, alone, in the van, with so many sleeping drunkards? It's not like it was the worst thing in the world. The silence just got to him.
The Avengers were never quiet, and now Loki was just waiting for the other shoe to drop.
A soft creaking sound made Loki turn to look out the window. (Y/n) was wheeling a large luggage rack towards the vehicle, sporting a broad grin that had no business being that cute.
Loki stepped out of the car and gave her a skeptical once-over. "This was your brilliant plan? Treat the Avengers like luggage?"
"Uh, yeah?"
"Good, I've been waiting for this moment."
(Y/n) shook her head, the corners of her lips tugging upwards. "The sooner we get them on, the sooner I can call it a night." She opened the back door. She had to leap back when Bucky tumbled out and crumpled to the ground in a heap, only a small grunt that was proof he was alive.
"I got him," Loki called and lifted Bucky from under his arms. He placed him on the rack before stepping back to let (Y/n) pile her sleeping brother on top of Bucky.
Loki helped with Thor, but then dropped him on the ground , a small smile playing upon his lips.
"Loki!" (Y/n) scolded.
"What? I am helping him! It wasn't on purpose!" They both knew he lied.
After dumping all of them, the two of them studied the pile of drowsy Avengers on the luggage rack. A long silence followed with both of them just standing beside each other, arms folded, and knowing that didn't look good at all, mostly because some Avengers were being suffocated.
"Okay, we can't just pile them like that," (Y/n) said.
Loki grinned, raising an eyebrow at her. "You want to play Tetris?"
***
After playing a game of Tetris, Loki and (Y/n) went back to the problem of arranging the Avengers properly. Thor was put first as the buffer between the hard base and also because it takes a lot to strangle him. Then the piled up the super soldiers. When trying to get the Captain to sit up, he hugged (Y/n), crushing the air out of her lungs."(Y/n), you're purrty!" He drawled in a drunk, babyish voice. He pinched her face cooing at her pursed lips.
Despite being a Frost Giant, Loki felt his blood boil. He ripped Steve off her and threw him over Thor, glaring holes at the giggling man. When he turned to see if (Y/n) was okay, he was met with her looking at him strangely.
"Thanks," she murmured, rubbing her side.
Loki's lips pressed tightly together. What was he doing? "Of course. Are you okay?"
(Y/n) nodded, and he was glad she hadn't called out his behavior. "Just a bit winded."
(Y/n), being a competitor in Tony's massively trashy game of Who's Got The Most Blackmail, brought out her phone and snapped a few shots of the inebriated Avengers.
It was like striking oil.
With Thor's face smashed against Tony's butt, Bruce and Natasha cuddling (which Natasha would have denied for the rest of her life), and Clint sprawled like a tortoise on his back, it looked like a chaotic work of art. Mix in Steve curled up against Bucky's chest and the brunet's arm tightly holding his best friend's butt, and Pepper the only normal one there, (Y/n) hit the jackpot.
