Nick's POV
I was waiting for Aria to come down on the staircase here in the living room. I heard footsteps coming down the stairs. I looked up and was expecting it was Aria but it was Kaelyn, her sister. I stood up, approached her and smiled.
"Is she in her room?" I asked her with a weak smile. She smiled a little and shook her head. "Oh. Ok. Thanks." I walked out of their house, hopped inside my car and drove to the mall, where I am expecting that Aria is there.

I was on my way to the mall when I decided to call Serene, Aria's best friend, closest best friend.

I put it in a hands-free mode and threw my phone on the passenger's seat.
["Yes? *sniff* He-hello? Was is it, N-nick?"]
My brows met as I heard Serene sneeze. What happened to her?
"Serene? Are you alright? What happened to you?" I asked. Good thing the traffic light is red.
["What? You didn't heard the n-news yet?"]

"What the hell happened to Aria?!" I parked the car at the side for a better conversation with Serene.

I looked up and saw A RED HAIR-ED NURSE COMING IN MY DIRECTION! I slowly walked and when our shoulders' touched, What the fvck?! I tripped and my face landed on the floor -3-

I pushed her away and pushed the door, where I saw Aria sleeping peacefully on the bed with a heart monitor near the bed and many...what do you call that thing again? Wires?
