"Oh! Come on Kat!" Gray says ahead me, getting my focus. He calls the name used strictly by my family. Giggling, I feel myself fall over my small feet, wanting to chase after my older brother.
"Gray! Stop running!" I giggle, running after him. I'm unable to say his name. Gaige.
"Run faster, Kat! It's the only way to catch me!" He shouts, only stopping after I fall over my trippy feet and fall to the ground, my skin scraping on the rough road. Tears puddle in my eyes as he runs to me.
"Gray," I cry, sitting up.
"It'salright Kat. You're alright," He mutters, picking me into the air. I try to stop,not wanting another tear to leave my eyes
