"Really Larkin? You brought cocaine into my house?" Aunt Shannon exclaims, holding the white powder up to my face, her eyes red with fury. "Are you fucking kidding me?" I want to feel remorse, to feel bad. But I don't feel anything; I can't feel anything. The only thing that runs through my veins anymore is the constant medication, and the only thing my bloodstream tastes is it's daily metallic friend. "What am I supposed to do with you?" She exclaims, continuing her rant, while my eyes glaze over, feeling the effect of my latest savior and heroine. "ARE YOU EVEN LISTENING?" She exclaims, watching the life drain from my eyes as the blackness of my pupils covers my emotionless blue irises.

There's a gasp and a thump. Unaware of which noise I've made, I allow my senseless body to be overwhelmed with the feeling of nothing, as I fall, once again, into the darkness of oblivion.
