"I really don't want to impose," I say anxiously, looking around her apartment.
"You're not!" She exclaims, continuing to usher me into the spare bedroom. "I don't want you sleeping in your car anymore!"
"But I can't help with rent! I've only got so much savings, and I still have yet to get a job."
"You don't need to! I want to help you get your feet on the ground."
"Hannah, I'm not mooching off you. You're my cousin, not my mother."
"Fine, how about this? You cook in the house. And I'm not only saying that because I'm dead awful at cooking." Sighing, I know she won't relent.
"Alright."
