Drawing without a purpose, music fills my ears from the record player sitting on my bookshelf. "Aren't you supposed to be doing homework?" Gray asks, stepping into my room.
"I've already finished it all," I reply innocently, gesturing to my packed back, filled with completed homework.
"Sometimes I wonder if that's the truth or not," He chuckles, sitting on my bed and looking at my lead colored hands. "What are you drawing?"
"I wasn't really doing anything in particular," I respond, handing him the notebook. In the center of the page a detailed eye stares up at my brother.
"Will you draw me something as a tattoo?" He finally asks after staring at the page for a while. "I've always wanted one, and I don't think I would trust anyone else to create something that will stay on my body forever." Nodding, he smiles widely. "You're a really great sister Kat. Did you know that?"
