"Well done Larkin," My industrial technology teacher congratulates. "The lines and cuts are very precise." After my moment of recognition he leaves the room.
"Oh Larkin's great at cutting," Emily, Mia's best friend, comments, filling the silence of the class. "Just look at her wrists." Oh, she did not just fucking say that. Raising my eyebrows challengingly, she smirks. "What? Daddy's little girl at a loss for words?" It takes a mere moment before my fist collides with her jaw.
"You wanna fucking test me?" I growl, watching her eyes widen at the dangerous tone I hold. My glare could kill; my body is screaming for a substance, any substance. My veins are on fire, and I feel as if I have no control over myself. Before another word an be uttered, I'm out of the room and off of campus.
