Chapter 5:: Forbidden Key's

You

"OPEN GATE OF FEAR! TARUTALA!" I yelled as I held a black key in my hand. Out came a green hair girl with an eye patch across her face. One blue eye stood out but it looked glass showing no emotion of any kind.
"Yes Princess (Y/N)?" She asked.
"I want you to beat Ticker." I said.
"Of course my Princess, but may I ask why the sudden change of heart, aren't you friends anymore?" She asked. I shook my head.

Gray was looking at me confused.
"Get back." I telepathically said using Tarutala's power. Gray did so.
"Your using forbidden magic now are you?" Ticker scoffed "You may have changed to a light guild but your hearts still dark."
"My heart only became dark because your stupid master was an idiot!" I yelled. "Tarutala use Suspiscous wave!" I said.
"Yes Princess!" Tarutala said. A sickly smile covered her face as she looked at Ticker. "Look into my eyes dearest Ticker." She said. She then took of her eye patch.
"Gray look away now." I again said telepathically.

Two minutes later after using Panic Wave and Horror portal he was defeated.
"Do you know when the guild will return back to normal?" I asked Tarutala.
"In 2 hours." She replied. "Goodbye Princes (Y/N)!" She said with a smile.

As soon as she left there was a grunt and Gray fell to the floor.
"Gray!" I yelled. I tried to get him up but he was unconscious. His wounds where bleeding heavily.
"C'mon Gray! Wake up already!" I yelled. I quickly got a piece of paper out and wrote a quick note telling people when the guild returned to normal that Gray was hurt and in the infirmary.
"Gray please get up!" I said trying to lift his limp body up. He was extremely heavy but then again he was extremely muscular.

I ended up dragging him and sighed.

When it came to lifting him up on the bed I got Taurus to do so for me. He did so and then I kissed his cheek as a thank you he returned to his gate a very happy cow.

I rushed around getting the things I needed to clean Gray up.
"He hit you pretty bad..." I muttered under my breath.

THIRD PERSON!

Gray's eyes opened slightly as you stood there cleaning his body.
"Please be okay." You muttered as a tear fell down your face and onto his body.
"Wh-" his voice was gruff so he cleared his throat "Why are you crying?" He asked. You looked up and saw Gray there looking at you with a worried expression on his face.
"Y-your okay!" You said happily.
"Why wouldn't I be?" He asked.

Ignoring the fact that he was bleeding and you where wearing your favourite shirt you hugged him.
"Gray! I thought you where about to die!" You said.
"Me? Die? I don't die." He smirked. As he smirked your heart beat rose bump! B-dump! Bump! You pulled away from the hug worried that he would hear your embarrassing heart beat.
STUPID HEART! SHUT UP! YOUR MAKING IT SOUND LIKE I LIKE GRAY!

You looked at Gray and blushed. You soak the cotton pad into some ethanol for cleaning wounds and slowly put it onto grays ab where a cut was. He flinched.
"Stop moving would ya?" You said irritated.
"Well be Gentle! Your freaking heavy handed!" He said.
"Shut up ice breath!" You said playfully.
"Watch it Comet girl!" He grinned.
"Comet girl?" I repeated with a smirk. "Is that the best you can come up with?" You asked.
"Yeah..." He said.

Gray-Kunny (holy fudge muffins I'm worse than Juvia xD)

(Y/N) rolled her (E/C) eyes at me and I smiled.
"Thanks for this." I say.
"For what?" She asked dumbly. I smirked and rolled my eyes. "For this you moron." I said pointing to the bandages she was now applying on me.
"Oh!" She grinned. "Heheh... Well we cant have Fairy Tail's ice wizard not recuperating can we?" She grinned. I smiled.
"Yeah your right, I'm too important to not be able to fight." I grinned playfully. Again she rolled her eyes.
"Cocky Idiot." She said but with a smile.

Ten minutes later she was sat on the chair beside my bed talking to me.
"So... That key, what was it?" I asked.
"Taurus?" She said confused.
"No the one you used in battle." I clarified.
"Oh Tarutala? Um well I found her on the ground one day, along with two other keys. Her mage may have died." I said.
"I don't recognise her." I said she shook her head.
"No, Tarutala is a forbidden Key, also known as a black / dark key." She said. "There are seven black keys out there, eight if you count the celestial spirit king."
"Wait? What he's a key?!" I said. She nodded slightly. "Yep. There are only two copies of dark keys and one copy of him."

I remember Lucy saying something about meeting the Spirit king.
Something to do with Loke. To be honest Juvia was smothering me so I couldn't really tell what she was saying.

" So why does she call you princess?" I asked curiously.
"If I tell you something, you have to promise me not to tell anyone." She said. I nodded.
" what Levy was saying yesterday... About Celestial Dragon slayer being half celestial spirits... she was right." She said.

He looked at me confused and I sighed.
" My name is (Y/N) (L/N) Queen of the Stars and heir to the celestial throne." I said.

He just stared at me. After a couple of moments he laughed.
"Very funny moron! I was being serious! Why does she call you princess? " he asked. I sighed.
"Gray... I'm telling the truth." I said.

A dark aura surrounded him.
"How is that possible humans can't pass through the gate to the celestial spirit world? Not to mention I swear relationships with humans if your a spirit is wrong? Isn't that agai-"
"Slow down!" I said "your making my brain hurt," I muttered. "My mum was a celestial wizard, my dad was her key. My mum always favoured my dad. Cut a long story short they fell in love. But my mum got pregnant and my dad's father found out, he broke the contract they had as his rights as a celestial king and a week later my mum heard from a different spirit that my dad was crowned king." I said.
"So you've never met your dad?" He asked I shook my head. "Nor my mum, she died in childbirth... I got my information from celestial spirits and Ivera." I said. He nodded. "Most people believe you can only summon him if you breaks gold key, that's a lie, you can summon him using his key. Although it's difficult to find." I said going back to my dad.

We stayed silent for a while and then I put the last bandage on Gray.
"Done!" I smiled happily.
"Great!" He grinned.
"Can you walk?" I asked.

He got out of the bed and stood up. I walked in front of him and held his hand to help him and he started walking. That's when we where backed up against the door and be was inches away from my face.

I felt my face go bright red as I realised how close we where.
'One more step' I thought. He did as I thought and now our lips were barely touching.
"Your cute when you blush." He muttered. I looked down. One of his hands was on the door whilst the other was placed under my neck supporting my head upwards.

Bang!

We both fell to the floor and I looked around confused.
"We got your message!" Natsu said obliviously. Gray and I where on the floor him kind of awkwardly straddling me.
"Heh. Gray's collecting ladies like a boss." Gajeel grinned.
"Has the girl fallen for Grays charms? Dammit! I was too late!" Laxus said
"Gray and (Y/N) liiiiiiiiikkkeee each other."
"SHUT UP YOU STUPID CAT!" Gray and I yelled annoyed in unison. Our faces where already crimson and now they where even darker than they had ever been before.
"Heh! Guess your right for once cat." Gajeel smirked.
"Aye!" Happy said.

We where interrupted by Willow rushing to me with Pantherlily at her side.
"(Y/N)! (Y/N)!" She said " Ticker has been spotted!"
"It's fine Willow!" I smiled "He's right the-"

I stopped.

Ticker had disappeared.

I felt my face drop.
"(Y/N)? Gray? Are you guys okay?" a familiar voice said rushing in. It was Mirajane.
"H-He's G-Gone..." I muttered.
"(Y/N)?" Gray said slightly worriedly.

A tear fell from my eyes. He's gone. Will this stupid thing ever end.
'Not until you become mine.' A voice said which entered my brain. I screamed in agony. Bryan was using his telepathic magic whilst using his forbidden spells to cause me pain whenever he did this.
'Expect a visit soon' the voice said before the pain made me pass out.
