Chapter 28: That little dragon slayer taking you away from me

Hey guys! There was a glitch on the last chapter so I had to delete it! Here it is again! (I appologise if anyone had the full chapter and it just got deleted randomly!)

Your POV

"What?!" I ask "Why? Erza you're so much more stronger than me why would you want to fight me when you know I'll easily lose." I mutter. Within a second she had quickly snatched her sword out of her sheath and pointed it at my throat.
"Because, I am sick of everyone not realising who you really are. So, the best way to do that is to battle you, but I warn you, I've also got a couple of other people on my side, so I suggest you get five teammates." She smirked. "And we'll battle outside of the guild hall at dusk." She smirked.

She returned her sword back into her sheath and left. I sighed in relief at the fact I'm not dead.
"She's nuts. I'm telling you, nuts." Gray said. "But it's a good thing you're not going to battle her, right?" He asks. I stay silent. "Right (Y/N)?" He repeats again and yet again I don't answer instead I look down at feet. There was a massive sigh and Gray lifted me up by my collar and started walking.
"H-hey! Let me down! You idiot! Since when have you gotten that strong?!" I say.

He puts me down on a stool in the kitchen and then he chuckles slightly and looks at me. "So now you've decided talk, huh?" He grins. I glare at him and he smiles then goes very serious "if you're going to battle her you need teammates, like she said. Who are you gonna get?" He asks. I sigh and look at my lap.
"Could you help please? ... I know Erza's your friend and I know I'm asking a lot, I really really get that bu-" Gray rolls his eyes and then kisses me and then pulls away smirking. I know that's a sign for me to stop talking.
"I was going to anyway you idiot."He chuckles. I look at him and blush slightly.
"Thank you." I whisper. He looks at me with wide eyes and blushes slightly too.
"H-hey don't blush. It's actually too cute." He mutters seriously. I giggle slightly at his reaction and laugh.

"Anyway! Er.. moving on!" He says "who else do you want?" He asks.
"Possibly Lucy, Mira, Cana and Natsu becau-"
"You're really close to that pyro dragon slayer, aren't you?" Gray says with a soft smile but there's a small tonne of envy with it.
"Yeah, I mean Natsu and I kissed each other the other day." I say teasing him
"He's actually a really good kisser." I smile.
"You didn't did you?" He asks.
"Of course I did! No offence but before I liked you I really liked Natsu and I think I fell in lo-" I saw his fists clenching tightly along with his jaw and I burst out laughing.
"What's so funny?" He asks his vote now tight with jealousy
"You! You believed it! Of course I didn't kiss Natsu, he's merely my best friend and nothing more, if I kissed him it would have been wrong, it wouldnt feel right." I say now crying with tears of laughter.

He looks at me and sighs.
"You idiot don't do that! You had me terrified! I thought I was going to have to pulverise him." He chuckles I roll my eyes.
"Over protective boyfriend much." I mutter.
"Yeah well you're mine. Nobody else's. I can't have little dragon slayers taking you away from me." He chuckles. I roll my eyes slightly.
"Yeah, yeah Mr. Overprotective!" I laugh. He rolls his eyes.

He looks out of the window and sighs. "Were lucky it's summer, dusk isn't until about Nine in the evening." He mutters. I nod.
"I guess I'll have to get everyone to start training for tonight. Erza's probably the strongest S-class mage after Mira and Guildarts. There's no way I'm gonna be able to beat her." I mutter
"Hey! Don't be so hard on yourself! You're pretty strong yourself."
"Yeah but I don't have a chance against her." I sigh "I knew about Erza Scarlet before I came to this guild, she was the one person I always looked up to, strength wise at least. Now she's going to kill me." I mutter. He shakes his head.
"Don't worry, we'll all do our best okay?" He smiles. I nod slightly.

There was a moment of silence before I hear a familiar cry.
"(Y/N)!" A voice which sounded like Willow said. I looked out of the window to see Willow, Carla, Happy and Lily running towards the apartment.
"Willow?" I ask slightly confused.

Gray walks to the door and opens it and in come the four exceeds looking worried.
"What's wrong?" I ask.
"We have a problem!" Happy says.
"And that is?" I ask.

The exceeds all look at each other carefully and then look back at me.
"Our dragon slayers are teaming up with Erza to beat you!" Carla, Happy and Lily say in unison.

Wendy, Natsu and Gajeel.
