Chapter 48: You still haven't answered my question

Your POV

Gray looked at me uneasily.
"(Y/N)?" He asked. I smile slightly.
"I think my legs are a bit better," I smile "Can you put me down please?" I ask.

Gray does as I ask him to, he does it carefully making sure that I don't fall flat on my face or anything like that.

"Let's give them some space." Gray says uneasily and begins to walk off. The rest of them pause but then follow Gray.

Once they where nowhere in hearing sight I looked at Leo and sighed.
"The stuff about my magic... is all of what you said true?" I ask. He looks at me and then slowly nods his head.
"I'm afraid so..." he mutters.
"How'd you know?" I ask seriously.
"Usually a mage ' s or wizard powers radiate off of them. That's usually why when someone has a lot of magical energy you can feel it. " He says "when I first met you I could feel how powerful you where... I mean of course you had half of your physical energy is stored into a lacrima causing you to be wea-"
"I... what?!" I interrupt him.

His eyes widen as he realises what he says.
"What was that?!" I say seriously.
"Nothing!" He says.
"Leo!" I say sternly.
"It's was nothing I swear."

I keep my gaze on him and he looks at me.
"You have five seconds to explain."
"Just ignore me miss (Y/N)."
"I can't ignore you!" I say "now what where you saying about this lacrima?" I ask.

Leo POV

I wasn't suppose to mention the lacrima. That was a secret. There's a reason why (Y/N)'s memory was erased, there's a reason for all of it.

You idiot Leo.

"Cut a long story short after the disapearance of Ivera you had too much magical energy and physical energy," I say "you have to keep your magical energy or else you would die, but your physical energy you put it into a lacrima."

There's silence and her eyes look at the ground as she thinks carefully and then her eyes look back up at me.
"And where is this lacrima?" She asks.
"You gave it to a friend to use." I say not trying to give too much away
"And this friend is?" She asks

I pause and look away from her and to the side. I don't want to make things complicated but...
"Laxus." I say.

Gray POV

"What's that all about?" Laxus asks.
I look down and sigh slightly. I don't want to tell them but, they deserve to know right.
"I don't think (Y/N) will be with us for much longer," I say "as some of you know stuff has happened making it more likely that very soon we won't have a (Y/N)." I mutter.

The girls ' eyes widen and they all look at one - another.
"She's dying?!" Wendy asks shocked.
"No... not exactly." I say with a sigh.
"Then what's happening?" Lucy asks .
"She's ill. Extremely ill, " Laxus interupts "She has no magical energy and no physical energy to fall back on. If she carries on this way and her health deteriorates further she'll be moved into the celestial world forever." He says, but he then turns to me and looks straight at me. "But you never answered my question."
"I don't know, I'm guessing about the transfer or whatever." I mutter.

There was a small sob and I turn to look at Wendy. The blue haired mage was crying her eyes out.
"(Y/N).. she can't go!" She says.
"Wendy?" Lucy asks a little shocked.
"We've just got her back! From Darknight! From that celestial spirit...!"

There was a small laugh and everyone snapped their heads to the sound.

There stood (Y/N) using Loke for support with a big grin.
"You haven't got rid of me just yet." She says.

Vulpecula POV

When I return to the spirit world I immidiatley go find Aquila . I find him sitting at a desk in a room next to the throne room.
"What the hell do you think you're doing?!" I yell glaring at her. The blonde haired spirit sighed.
"I'd rather you knocked before you ca-"
"This isn't a joke Aquila!" I yell "What's going on with the Princess' power?!" I yell.
"Listen what happens is none of my control." He says.
"That's a load of crap!" I yell and walk closer to him "now tell me what the hell is going on!"
"You know what's going on, she's been in the human world for too long."
"But she doesn't have a key! She can't return!" I say desperately.
"That's not my problem." He says "Listen, she's our future queen and she needs to start learning eve-"
"Just shut up!" I sigh annoyed. I sigh and pause looking around and then look at Aquila "how long does she have?" I ask
"Three days." He smirks

Hey guys! Sorry this took so long to update literally these last two days have been hectic! But it's done now and I hope you enjoyed it!
