Chapter 67: The name is all of my concern!

Willow POV

"The only way that (Y/N) will be remembering Gray is if she gets reminded of him by several people. Now I've heard that in two days time the Princess and Leo will be taking a trip to the human world, one in which you of course will be joining, and of course there's chances that Gray will be there too, after all they're taking a trip there to find the venue for the wedding in a couple of months time in Magnolia." He says.
"Magnolia, why Magnolia?" I ask gritting my teeth.
"Why not Magnolia?" Aquila says.
"It seems like you're trying to rub salt in the wound for Gray and the rest of Fairy Tail." I say.
"So it seems, huh." He chuckled "but either way, we're letting you visit your egg, or should I say exceed." He says.
"Egg. It hasn't hatched." I mutter.
"I wouldn't be too sure."

Gray POV

"So.. what are we suppose to do with it?" I ask.
"Well Willow said to look after it. I'm guessing it's going to take a while to ha-"

As if on queue the egg started moving.
"Lily... is that normal?" Gajeel asked.
"Not unless it's hatching." Lily mutters slightly worried.
"What if it is?" I ask.
"But it can't be, eggs take a long time to hatch..." he says with a worried expression.
"Is there a such thing as a premature egg?" Gajeel Muttered.
"No.. eggs hatch when they hatch. Simple as."

The egg started to crack and rattle slightly.
"I guess that's now." I said with a smile.

Very soon the shell broke and out of the shell a purple scruffy haired exceed with a white mark surrounding it's whole mouth popped out. It's eyes were big and black.

The exceed suddenly opened up his wings and smiled.

What I didn't realise is that we were all crying. Gajeel, Lily and I. I don't know why I was crying. I just think it's amazing that Willow has a daughter.

"What are you gonna name her?" Gajeel asks.
"Ivy." He mutters quietly.
"Why Ivy? It's a pretty name but why that?" I say.
"Willow said if she ever had a daughter she'd want it to be called Ivy." He smiled kind of sadly.

Willow POV

"What do you mean?" I ask a little confused "the egg isn't due to hatch for ages now." I say my eyes focused on Aquila and what he had to say.
"I mean, there might have been someone who sped up the time of your eggs hatching in order for you to see them."
"And that is?" I ask worriedly
"The name is none of you concern." He says.

I clench my fist in rage and almost fear.
"The name is all of my concern! Thats my exceed you're talking about! For all I know that spell could have caused them serious harm."
"Her." I heard him say.
"Her?" I asked confused.
"When the egg hatched it was a she." He said.

Your POV

We walked through a large corridor and the ended up at the centre of the palace. I gaped at the surroundings. The ceiling was so tall and there was a large throne in the middle of the room.

There was sat a guy in the chair with an amazing mustache.
"(Y/N)?" He muttered slightly and quietly.
"Eh... yeah?" I ask.
"Please dear, remember of her accident." Cassiopeia says.

He pauses then looks at me again.
"Sorry, (Y/N) I'm your father." He says.

It takes me a moment to process what he said and then I stand there and nod like and idiot.
"Oh... er... hey there dad." I say kind of awkwardly.
"I can't believe it's you." He mutters
"Um... well who else would it be?" I ask with a laugh. He shakes hjis head slightly and smiles.
"Nevermind. I'm just glad you're safe." He says which makes me smile in confusion.
"Erm... okay?" I ask.
