Your POV

Well... he had a point. But one thing I didn't get was the fact I had a stepmother. I didn't know weather to be angry at Aquila or my father or Cassiopeia, my stepmother (or so I've heard) or myself.

I was angry at Aquila for never mentioning anything of me having a stepmother. Angry at my dad for getting married and moving on from my mother, angry at Cassiopeia for getting married to my dad, espescially knowing he had a daughter (I'm guessing she knew, for two reasons, the first one is the fact she told my I was going to see my father and the second is let's face it, there's not a single celestial spirit I've met who doesn't call my princess or whatever. So surely the Queen must know), and lastly I was angry at myself for having such high expectations from everyone, I mean it obviously doesn't concern them to tell me. So why did I think it would?

I felt Gray's eyes on me and I sighed slightly.
"Is everything alright?" A voice behind us said a little too loudly. I turn around to see Draco standing there with a soft smile and her yellow eyes shining a bit too much.
"Er.. yes." I say.

"Hey... D'ya hear something?" Natsu ' s voice said. I looked over desperately at Gray and he sighed.
"You two go in the corner I'll be here." He says.

I look at Gray great fully and give him and kiss then take Draco ' s hand and run to the corner.
"You're hiding from them?" Draco asks.
"Er sort of...?" I say a little confused at my own actions "I'll explain later." I say. She nods and we watch as Natsu comes around the corner to where Gray is at.

"Ice princess? Why are you here?" Natsu asks.
"I saw you guys weren't at the guild and (Y/N) and I were worried so I came to check on you." He said telling the truth (kind of).
"So what did you hear?" Carla says coming up behind Natsu.
"Enough. Enough to know that (Y/N) has a stepmother, that her stepmother is more then likely the lady who threatened us." He says.
"Are you going to tell (Y/N)?" Wendy's voice asks.
"Of course I am! She has a right to know!" He says.
"Don't. " Laxus says.

There was silence and I listened intensely to what he had to say.
"I'm not sure that it is Cassiopeia, no I am sure but theres still a small chance that it wasn't her, if it wasn't and we tell her when (Y/N) returns to the celestial world she'll hate her new step mother. It'll be difficult already to settle in for her, let alone for her to have to hate her stepmother. Trust me when I say this, it's hard to hate your family members..." he said trailing off.

I sigh and walk out from behind the corner.
"I'm sorry..." I mutter quietly "I know."

Everyone looked at me a little shocked. All apart from Gray of course.
"(Y/N)... how lo-"
"She came with me. I told her to hide." Gray sighs.
"Listen, there is one person who will tell me about all this." I say.
"Oh Yeah, whose that?" Mirajane asks.

I smile slightly and get out a key.
"Open! Gate of the Carrying Eagle: Aquila!" I yell raising my key in the air .

With a golden flash my trustworthy celestial spirit popped out of his gate.
"Ah, good evening Miss (Y/N), how are you today princess." He says with a smile.
"I'm okay thank you, but I do have a few questions for you." I say in my usual smile.
"Please, don't be shy, go ahead." He says in his polite, innocent tone.
"Whose my stepmother?"

His face changed slightly (I'm guessing due to confusion) as I said this and then the same smile appeared on his face.
"You mean you don't know?" He asks. I shake my head and he smiles slightly.
"Queen Cassiopeia." He says "She's a lovely lady really, and she loves your father dearly." He smiled. I nod slightly.
"And lastly, there was a voice threatening us ear-"
"A voice?" Aquila asks just as innocently as before.
"-lier. Do you know who it could be?" I ask.
"I'm afraid not princess, although, I wish I did," He says his tone now with a hint of worry "however, if you're thinking it was the queen she has been attending royal duties with her husband all day, therefore, it can't be her." He says in his usual smile.
