Chapter 32: Leave her alone

Your POV

He sighs slightly.
"Either way, don't fight her!" He finally says.
"Bu-"
"You won't be able to handle it."
"I-"
"Comet girl, listen to me! If you want someone to fight her I will."
"Ha? So you'd really hit a girl?" Lucy asks raising an eyebrow.

Laxus sighs.
"No, I'll fight your precious boyfriend when he wakes up." He pauses and looks at a burn Natsu on the ground "if he wakes up."
"Listen Blondie." Lucy says "this isn't your fight."

It's obvious this isn't Lucy on her own. Lucy's an airhead. Not someone who picks a fight.

I don't have Aquila as a key. I can't get his help.

Aquila was the one who told me about this whole thing, but I don't have his key and I can't get his help, therefore I'm in the dark of what's going on.

I was suppose to make a contract with him, but he's been extremely busy. A thought then comes to my head.

Maybe I can get Bella or Tarutala to get him for me.

"Open Gate of fear: Tarutala!" I yell putting my key up in the air. Immidiatley there'd Tarutala staring at me.
"Hello Princess, what can I do?" She asks.
"I need you to get back to your gate and find Aquila if that is possible." I say.
"Bu-"
"I understand this may be a difficult, but tell him that (Y/N) needs urgent assistance." I say. She looks at me unsurely but then nods.
"Of course Princess."She says with a small sigh.
"Aquila..." Lucy mutters in unison with Natsu in a monotone voice.

She disappears and I look at Lucy.
"Fine! If you're going to fight me do it when everyone else is!" I yell.
"Ha! And why would I want to do that?" She smirks.
"Because, if you don't, surely you're worse then me?" I ask. Lucy carries on smirking.
"Fine. Whatever, but know that Erza, Natsu, Wendy, Gajeel and I will kick your butt's." She said.

I nod slightly. Lucy grabs Natsu by his pink hair and drags him off towards the town. I collapse on the floor with exauhstion and relief.

Until Aquila gets back there's no way that I can actually beat Erza, Lucy, Natsu, Wendy and Gajeel. They're all too powerful.

I look at Laxus, Cana and Gray.
"I'm going on a break." I say.
"We just had one!" Laxus says a little snappy.
"Yeah? Well I'm going to have another one." I say, I didn't snap or anything, instead I stayed completely calm.

They all looked at me.
"(Y/N)? Are you okay?" Cana asked a little worried as I started walking out of the forest.
"I'm fine, you guys keep practicing if you want." I mutter.
"Fine! We will!" Laxus says in a bit of a huff.
"Wa-" I hear Gray calling out to me slightly worried.
"Dude, just leave her alone." Laxus interupts him " she'll cool off and come back in a second." He says.

I walk out of the forest and into the town. I need to put a stop to this. Even if uts only just for a little bit.

I walk to the guildhall. When I walk on everyone's looking at me, but I just ignore them all. I walk straight to the bar.
"Mira, where's master?" I ask.
"(Y/N)?" She asks "What's wrong?why aren't you with the others."
"Nothing." I say "Where's master?" I repeat.
"He's in the office..." she says unsurely after a small pause "you should be able to go straight in." She says with her same smile, although this one seems slightly fake, and there's a hunt of confusion in her smile.

I walk up the stairs to Master's office. I knock on the door and then there's a reply.
"Come in!" The old man says. I open the door and walk into his office. This may be the last time I see it for awhile.

Master turns around on his spiny chair to look at me.
"Ah, (Y/N), he smiles, "how nice to see you. " He says
"Likewise." I mutter quietly trying to hold back the tears that once again threaten to fall.
"(Y/N)?" He asks "Whatever is the matter?" He says confusion taking over his voice.
"N-nothing." I say.

There's a loud sigh coming from the old man as he gets off of his spinny chair and walls over to me. The small man only stands just above my knee - height. I try not to laugh as I realise how small the master really is.

"You know child, whatever you're upset about, it will pass." He says. I look at him and shake my head.
"No Gramps." I say "it won't. It won't and it can't. Not until I get it sorted." I say.
"Then get it sorted." Master says seriously.
"I'm trying... but that just makes matters a whole lot worse." I sigh.
"Why child? What's happening?" I shake my head slightly.
"Nothing, it's all okay, or it will be once I've spoke to you about what my plans are." I say.
"And what is that?" He asks.

I font know weather I should do this. After everything that's happened, everything that we've been through, and yet, I still find myself making this desicion.

I don't want to make it. But I know it has to be done weather I like it or not, I'm the only one who can make a difference. I'm the only one who can stop this whole darn thing.

I just... I don't know if this is right. I dont know if this is going to help, but even so... I have to give it a try, right?

Gray will be mad, but it's only for a short period of time. I'm not going for long. Just until Aquila gets back to me. Just until I find out more about this spirit. Yeah, not for long.

I down to my feet. "I'm leaving fairy tail."
