Chapter 44: Did he just say next week?!

Your POV

There's silence and just a small,  slight breeze as Gray looks at me with his blushing face and small smile. Tears are falling out of my eyes and I just stare at him with a massive smile.
"O-of course-" I smile "I'll marry you, you idiot!" I say.

Before he can get up I tackle him to the ground and hug him tightly bot wanting to let go.

When I was little my dream was always to marry a Prince, I guess my dreams kind of come true. Sure Gray's no prince, but he's kind, considerate, loving, loveable, pretty much everything you could ever ask for in a Prince.
"Woah!" He laughs as we both fall to the ground. I laugh along with him and he smiles "Thank you for saying yes (Y/N)." He smiles.
"Well what did you think I was gonna say?" He asks. 
"In all honesty?  I didn't know. " He chuckled. I smiled slightly.

I sit up and so does he. He places the beautiful ring on my hand and I smile lovingly at him.
"Hey Gray..." I mutter.
"Mhmm?" He asks as he stares at me with his loving eyes.
"We still haven't marked each other..."  I say after a while.
"Yeah..." he says a little red "when do you want to-"
"How about now?" I smile slightly "it won't take long, and it shouldn't hurt too much." I say calmly.

He nods slightly although I can see on his face he was slightly unsure.
"Okay? Whose first?" He asks. I smile slightly
"I am, I'll show you how it goes." I say

And with that I choose the place where I want to mark him and press my teeth into his skin softly, very soon it pierces the skin and he jumps a little not expecting the pain.

I pull away and smile slightly.
"I finish." I say with a smile.
"So it's er... my turn?" He asks. I notice two tiny Yellow and orange scales appear where my teeth where on his neck saying that I've marked him. I look at him and nod.
"Just choose a place and then sink your teeth into it until it pierces the skin." I smile.

He does exactly that but it takes a while until his teeth get through, when they do i try not to yelp in pain and squeeze my eyed shut. I don't think he notices though.

He looks at his mark a little surprised.
"Why are there two light blue scales?" He asks.
"It signifies your magic." I smile "some of your magic is in my blood,  and some of my magic is in your blood." I say "it makes us stronger." I say.

He smiles slightly and then looks away kind of sadly.
"What's up?" I ask.
"Oh um... nothing." He says with a soft smile.

Yeah right is there nothing. 

"Don't lie. It's bad for you," I smile "seriously what's up? You look like something bad has happened." I say in a serious tone.
"No, nothing bads happened... it's just... I have a question."He says.
"Yes?" I ask a little intrigued. He's full of questions today.
"How have you been feeling recently?" He asks.

I stare at him blankly. How have I been feeling?
"Er... okay I guess?" I say a little confused.
"No I mean like physically. " he says.
"Well... like a bit sickly and sometimes a bit weak but no- wait a minute! Why the hell are you asking me this?" I ask.
"It... doesn't matter." He mutters.

I look over at him worriedly. What's with this question. Why does he wonder how I've been feeling?  It's not as if anything drastic is happening.

"Listen, I was thinking about a date for the wedding." He says with a soft smile.
"Yeah?" I ask a little confused at his tonne and change of feeling.
"How about next week?" He asks.

Did he just say... NEXT WEEK?!

Willow POV

I knew Gray was going to propose to (Y/N). It's obvious.

So I'd decided to go for a walk with the rest of the girls. That was until Leo came up to me.
"Willow," He says staring at me seriously "I need to talk with you." He says quietly.

I look over at the girls and tell them that I'll catch them up. Leo and I are the only ones on the street and he stares directly at me.

I haven't transformed meaning he's towering over me. He puts his glasses up and sighs slightly.
"Willow..." he says "We need to talk about (Y/N)." He says.
"What about her?" I ask a little worried.

Leo looks down at me and takes another sigh.

This guy sure likes sighing.

"(Y/N) is loosing her power rapidly," Leo says "I don't know if you've noticed but I need you to discuss this with the king because otherwise she'll have to return to the celestial spirit world possibly forever, and we can't allow that to happen to her." He says "Gray a close friend of mine Willow, and I don't want him to get hu-"
"Stop." I say looking directly at Leo "I can't go back to the celestial world..." I say quietly.
"What?! Why's that?!" He asks his eyes wide.
"Because," I pause "I got into an argument with the king, he had his servant Venture knock me out and when I woke up I was back at Gray's apartment." I say "I've tried to return but I can't.  It's as if they've closed my gate on the other side." I say.
"So... you're banished?!" He says.

I sigh and shake my head slightly.
"No. I doubt it,  not in the way you're thinking," I say "it's probably just to let me calm down, but either way I can't do what you would like me to do, and I've tried speaking to the king about other matters concerning (Y/N). I know it sounds harsh but, maybe she would be better in the celestial spirit world... after all its safer..."
