Chapter 13: Running

Your POV

"She what?!" Gray and I said in unison.
"Yeah, she recovered and all that was left was a note on her infirmary bed saying she was leaving the guild." Cana said quietly.
"Where is she now?" I ask desperately.
"We don't know." Gajeel said quietly.
"We checked her room at Fairy Hills, we checked the train station, we've checked everywhere." Wendy sighed.
"And it's all your fault (Y/N)!" Erza said, she then changed her armour quickly.
"Erza! What are you doing?" Lisanna asked slightly worried.
"You've ruined everything! And now I challenge you to a fight!" She said changing into her heavens wheel armour.

I stare at her blankly. I don't say anything and I'm just shocked.
"Erza! Are you nuts?!" Natsu asked.
"If you don't make a move soon I'll kill you." Erza says ignoring Natsu.
"I'm not going to fight you Erza." I say calmly.
"Very well then, looks like this will be a one sided battle." She smiles. "Trinity Sword!" She calls.

Before anything happened a flash of lightning came out of nowhere which distracted all of us.
"Erza! Calm down a little, would ya?" A deep voice says. There's a blonde boy standing in front of me and I realise it's Laxus.
"I have no need to battle you, so move Laxus!" Erza yells.
"No. What's gotten into you?!" He asked.
"You have three seconds." She says.
"Laxus! Leave it be!" I say "she's here for me! Not you!"
"Aw! Look how noble you seem! But that's really a scam isn't it (Y/N)." Erza says.

Laxus snaps his head to me.
"Listen up Comet Girl, you know I don't trust you, but one thing I do know is that you don't deserve to be sliced to pieces by Titania. She isn't in control, that's obvious. So she can do complete damage to you. So leave now!" He says.

The doors slammed open and in come Happy, Carla, Lily and Willow.
"Hey guys! We caught a load of fish!" Happy said with a smile.

They all got ignored but still, we all lost concentration, all apart from Erza who had now lunged forward ready to kill me, however, Laxus had grabbed hold of the Blade.
"Laxus!" I gasp.
"Run Comet girl!" He yelled.

I did as he told me, Willow behind me.
"I'll stay and fight." Lily and Gray said in unison.

I ran out of the guild hall with tears in my eyes. Why was she trying to kill me?!

I get to the middle of town where I can see the guildhall.
"(Y/N)?" Willow asked with a scared voice "What's going on?" She asks.
"I... don't know." I say quietly. "But what I do know is we need to find Juvia." I say with tears in my eyes.

Everything is my freaking fault. Juvia leaving. This fight. Juvia and Gray getting hurt...

But if I can find Juvia...

I start running to the train station. I know they said they checked there but you can't check enough times.

So I did, and what a surprise! She was there!

It was raining heavily by the time we found her, and there was no shelter by where she was standing. I looked at her sadly.

"Juvia!" I call. She looks at me slightly surprised.
"Oh (Y/N) and Willow! What are you doing here?" She asks.

By this time I'm panting from running so much... Geez I need to cut down on the (F/F).

"You can't leave!" I say still struggling to breathe. There's silence. "Juvia why are you leaving?" I ask. She looks away.
"I can't tell you." She mutters. I look at her and shake my head.
"Juvia, please. I've just ran like three miles, and I hate running! But I did it because I'm worried about you!" I say.

Juvia sits down.
"I'm leaving because I can't take it anymore." She mutters
"You can't take what?" I ask. She looks away with tears in her eyes.
"I can't take you and Gray being together anymore! It hurts me! He's so... happy. And I know that's a selfish reason but knowing he loves you..." she trails off.
