Chapter 18: Venture

Third Person POV

The guild was silent for a few seconds. "(Y/N)!" Gray yelled as he ran over to (Y/N)'s illusion which was battered on the floor her eyes closed. "Wake up! I'm begging you!" He yelled. He looked over at Wendy Desperately. "Please! Try help her!" Wendy nodded slightly but Cana shook her head
"I'm sorry Gray. (Y/N) took s direct hit from everyone's magic, in order for Wendy to heal (Y/N) she would have to heal her body then revive her. It's too much for Wendy. Wendy could get ill and hurt!" Carla says.

Gray doesn't argue with that. The last thing he wants is Wendy to get hurt. "(Y/N)! Please I'm begging you... wake up!" Gray yells. Tears poured down his face, he didn't care who could see him cry. All that mattered was the fact that they had hurt (Y/N).
"Gray... I think she's gone..." Guildarts says walking over to both Gray and (Y/N).

The real (Y/N) was trying desperately to do what she could to make them see sense, but she couldn't do anything. She was invisible and she has been silenced. Every yell, every scream meant nothing. And every time she tried to jump in front of anyone it wouldn't work.

"No!" Gray yells "How could you say that! She's (Y/N), she's not dead! She can't be dead." He says.
"Gray stop! It's over!" Cana says tears pouring down her face.
"No! It's not! This is (Y/N) we are talking about! There is no possible way that she's dead! Besides why would they kill her if they need to take her back for some wedding!" He yells.
"Well. We can alter her memories and then revive her." Vortex laughs.

At that moment I realised the third guy in the Team hadn't been seen since he landed.

There's Vortex, Vision and Volume... so where's the third one?

I couldn't remember who the third one was.
"Well it was nice to meet you all, I hope you have fun with the fact that you killed your teammate. Bye losers." Vortex laughed. "Venture, teleport us back." She smiles.

Venture, of course. He uses teleportation magic.

Out of nowhere venture, a young boy with blonde hair and blue eyes teleported to the ground. He faced my guild.

Vortex and I never got along, she was basically a flirtatious girl who tried to destroy every relationship I had, all because she liked Bryan. The twins, well they follow Vortex around. But Venture. I never spoke to him. He joined the guild a few weeks before I left. But at this time I avoided contact with anyone. I found out he joined the triple V team by Willow who seemed to get along with Venture.

"Good bye." He said politely. And within two seconds and a flick of his wrist Vortex, Vision, Volume, Venture and I where in an office.

I was now fully visible and I coughed to check my voice was back to normal. Sure enough the spell had worn off.

The office. This was Bryan ' s office. And sure enough he had just came into the office with his father. A massive smirk came on both of their faces.
"Ah. Glad to see you made it." Bryan said.
"I still had a week!" I yelled "you said two weeks and you gave me one! " I yelled.
"Ahh yes. Well it seemed that there was a problem, you see now that we've discovered you have a mate we need to make sure you aren't anywhere near him." Bryan laughs slightly.

I glare at him.
"So you made it out like I'm dead?!" I yell.
"Actually that was our doing. Venture came up with it actually." Vortex says.
"It's quite smart actually. If they make you out as dead and your memories erased then they're won't be any hope to get you back, after all you wouldn't be the same (Y/N) as they knew." Vision says.
"Meaning that it's less trouble for us because then we won't have those stupid fairies hanging about." Volume laughs.

I look over at Venture. What the heck have I done to him. He looked at me with a small smirk.

Then again. After fighting Natsu I can't really talk. Maybe the guild took Venture in too.

"You won't get away with this!" I yell.
"Says every damsel in distress ever." Bryan chuckled "but the difference is, this time we will." He says. He looks over at Vortex and kisses her. "Thank you for the help sweet heart." He says.

I stare at him. Did he just... he did. He just totally kissed Vortex in front of me. Like yeah, I get he doesn't like me. But it makes me angry that he's kidnapped me from the one that I love and care about, and he's shoving his love and affection in my face.

I look away trying to hold my temper in. I'm sweet, and kind but when I lose my temper I lose my temper.

"Now, as Venture was the one who came up with the plan. I'll let him show you to your room. After all it will annoy you a lot more knowing you can't fight the one who destroyed your life." Bryan says.

I stay silent and Bryan hands Venture the key to my room. I'm guessing there going to lock me up.

We walk along the corridor in silence and then he looks at me then gets a piece of paper and starts writing as we carry on walking.

We get to a room with a door closed and he hands me the piece of paper.
"If you need anything call that number. Someone will see to you immidiatley." He says. "I suggest you use it." He says in a serious tone then smirks slightly. "Well. See you at your wedding princess." He says then pushed me into the room and locked it behind him.

From being at the Darknight guild for about nine years you'd expect that I would know the guild hall inside and out. That's wrong. I had never been to this part of the guild before and it was all knew to me.

I was trapped inside a room that had locked windows and a locked door. There was nothing wrong with the room itself but I was trapped. And there was no way I was escaping.

I sighed and walked over to the piece of paper. At least that gave me something to do.

I opened the piece of paper that was folded.

We need to talk. Don't worry I'm on your side, I'm sorry I couldn't tell you this earlier but everywhere is infested with camera's. Especially the hallways. Please at 9:00 pm tonight call this number using the phone that is under the bed.

He inserted his number at the end of the letter.

Oh and here's the number to anything you need.

Another number was inserted and I sighed.

How do I know Venture telling the truth. He seemed pretty good at trying to destroy my life. But to be fair... he never really did anything to the guild. All he did was teleport us.

That's when I noticed what he signed it with. It wasn't signed with Venture. It was signed with Aquila.

Aquila is a Celestial spirit. A dark key. Aquila gate of the carrying eagle.

I look at the time. It was eight pm. When I was at the Guild it was just gone 1 pm.

He didn't teleport us here. He flew us here. And somehow he made it seem instant to us.

I sigh. I wait patiently for the hour to come and then at nine on the dot I ring his number that he left.

"I'm glad that you called Princess (Y/N)."
