Chapter 59: Why don't I have a certificate?

Your POV

"You have a plan?" Natsu asks a little shocked.
"You know you make it sound like I never think." I say "I'm not you, y'know." I mutter.
"Hehe... yeah it's just... normally in Fairy Tail we don't devise plans we just kind of-"
"Demolish everything?" Gray asks
"Destroy everything?" Lucy adds
"Burn everything to a crisp?" Happy questions.
"I was gonna say just go with whatever."
"Yeah well whatever isn't a good idea at the moment." I say then sit down next to Willow and Lily.

Willow jumps on my lap and I hug her tightly.
"I'm not leaving here without a fight. Nor am I getting married to someone I don't like. At least not in that way." I say.
"So what's the plan?" Lucy asks.
"Well. I can't marry two people right. I'll just have to marry Gray first." I smile.
"What if in this weird celestial world you can marry two people? Surely the celestial world knows all about this." Natsu says.
"You can't. You can only marry one person," Willow says then pauses "but in the law it states that for a marriage in this world to be considered as valid there needs to be some sort of heir or child involved." She sighs.
"Well that's not gonna work because you're not pregnant." Gray says.
"No, but we do have Willow." I smile.

Willow looks a bit confused as everyone turns to her.
"She's basically our adopted daughter." I say.
"What? How she's an exceed." Lily says kind of confused.
"Well, she has emotions, she can talk and I have a certificate for her somewhere."

Natsu and Happy look at each other in confusion as I say this.
"A certificate?" They both ask in unison.
"Yes, look." I say and I got it out of the draw.

Congratulations!

Willow is now official in the hands and will be taken care of by (Y/N) (L/N). She is her responsibility and has all legal rights over her. This certificate can be used as evidence in law and if needed to in courts

"See!" I say showing them.
"I don't get it, why don't I have a certificate?" Happy says.
"Yeah and me." Lily says.
"I'm not a real exceed, remember." Willow says to her friends "I got given that the day I left the spirit world in search for (Y/N) I was told to hand it over to her meaning that although she had no choice to take me in I was now her full and complete responsibility."
"And when I get married Willow will also be Gray's full responsibility too, meaning that Willow is sort of like our daughter." I smile.

There was silence and then everyone looks at each other.
"Well that's the best plan we've got. So we need to get up early tomorrow and plan the wedding," Lucy says "(Y/N) do you have a dress?" Lucy asks.
"No- er I mean yeah - I do but I-"
"Don't worry we can get one tomorrow. " she says and the looks over at Natsu and Gray "Natsu, Gray, tomorrow sort out invitations and venues. (Y/N) will sort out flower arrangements, her dress and the menu." She says.

We all stare at Lucy wide eyed as she finishes talking.
"What?" She asks.
"No offense or anything Luce but," Natsu pauses "you were actually helpful for once." He says. Lucy rolls her eyes and pushes her boyfriend out of the door.
"Aye sir!" Happy says way too enthusiastically
"Yeah whatever, listen we gotta get back it's an early start tomorrow." She says walking out the door. "I'll be at your house at seven am (Y/N)! So gets some rest okay?" She says then sits the door.

Lily stands up and sighs.
"I should be off too. I'll go find Gajeel and Lev-"
"They're busy trying to find out more on this dragon, listen you can stay the night if you want to, you and Willow can sleep down here. But if I here any noise as in you two laughing or talking I will not hesitate to yell at you." I say.
"Yell? Really (Y/N) that's the best you can do?" Willow asks.
"Yep," I then pause "Oh! I know! No sushi and anime for a month!" I smile at Willow.
