Chapter 31: Terrible?

Next morning at school, it was already second block and Kagome and Inuyasha were in their usual math class.

"Pst Kagome," Inuyasha whispered.

Kagome ignored him.

"Hey! Kagome," he kept whispering.

Kagome kept her mouth shut and her eyes on her paper.

"Look I didn't mean to-" Inuyasha was interrupted by his step mother, who was also the teacher.

"Inuyasha silence yourself if you would!" she yelled at him.

Inuyasha rolled his eyes aggressively.

"Do I need to send you to the principles office again?!" Mrs. Taisho shouted pointing to the door with her pointer.

Inuyasha turned the other way and crossed his arms as Mrs. Taisho started teaching once again. Inuyasha looked over to see that Kagome was still ignoring him and writing notes down in her notebook.

"I can't even look at him right now. Every time I do, I see Kikyo kissing him. Why is this bothering me so much?" Kagome thought.

After second block, Miroku and Sango were heading together into Study Hall.

"So did you know Inuyasha asked Kagome on a date yesterday?" Sango asked him.

"Yes. In fact, I'm the one who organized it," Miroku answered.

"Organized it?"

"I told him to ask her on a date since he has been wanting to do it for awhile. However, he never told me how it went," Miroku said.

Sango blinked,

"Yeah...Kagome never told me either. You don't think that it went bad do you?

Miroku didn't answer as they both stood in front of the doorway to their study hall class. They both saw that Inuyasha was trying to talk to Kagome, but she ignored him. She had an annoyed and irritated look on her face that Sango and Miroku hadn't seen before.

"I'm guessing it went terrible..." Miroku said.

Sango nodded along with Miroku's statement as they both walked in.

"C'mon Kagome!" Inuyasha called again.

Kagome scooted her chair out from under the table and stood up sternly.

Inuyasha sort of shook as Kagome was heading towards the bathroom. Miroku and Sango's faces drew blank as she stormed past them.

"It went terrible, " Miroku stated.

Sango agreed as they both saw Inuyasha jump up from his chair,
"There you guys are! Get over here!"

Miroku and Sango sat down beside Inuyasha as he hovered down.

Before Inuyasha could speak, Miroku interrupted him,

"What did you do?"

"What?! I didn't-" Inuyasha paused and sighed, resting his head on his hand.
