The crowd stood and applauded in the theater. The curtains started to close as Sango slowly lifted her head and met eyes with Miroku.

"You didn't kiss me?" Sango asked in slight confusion.

"What, did you want me to?" Miroku smirked.

Sango blushed,
"I- no I didn't..."

Sango walked away as Miroku's facial expression changed,
"I'm such an idiot."

Jakotsu walked to the agent with a nervous smile,
"So what did you think?"

The agent stayed silent and grabbed Jakotsu's hand,
"That...was incredible!!"

"R-really?!"

"Yes!! The acting, the plot twist at the end, the characters! So marvelous! I really want to pick this up Mr. Jakotsu! What do you say? I can easily get you a spot in the big city with this idea!" the agent praised.

Before Jakotsu could respond to the enthusiastic agent, a man poked on his shoulder. Jakotsu turned around and his mile dropped dramatically to a frown.

"Hello brother," Bankotsu said.

Jakotsu felt his body starting to shake.

"Would you mind giving us a moment sir?" Bankotsu asked the agent.

The agent nodded and gave Jakotsu his card,
"I would really love to hear from you Mr. Jakotsu, take care."

The agent walked away as the two brothers headed towards the exit.

Kikyo and Suikotsu held hands as they walked out of the theater together.
"Did you have a great time?" Suikotsu asked his date.

At first she said nothing, staying silent and thinking deeply in her head.

"Kikyo?"

She snapped out of her thoughts,
"Oh, yes it was lovely.

He smiled back at her,
"I'm so glad, I'm sure my brother worked really hard on it!"

"Yes, I bet he did."

Kikyo went back to her thoughts,
"Inuyasha...never did I think I would see you on a stage and acting in front of so many people. You have grown so much in such a short time span. This is the Inuyasha I saw within him, but never got to see: funny, kind, extroverted...did that Kagome girl really open his heart that much? That was supposed to be my job..."

"R-renkotsu?" Suikotsu stuttered.

Kikyo looked up and saw a pale, tall man standing in front of them.

"Well, if it isn't Suikotsu. How are you brother?" Renkotsu slyly spoke.

Kikyo peered at the man and back at Suikotsu,
"This man seems peculiar."

She looked back at Suikotsu and saw terror in his eyes,
"Whoever this man is, I do not trust him, nor the look in Suikotsu's eyes."

Renkotsu started to walk up to Kikyo, he placed his hand in Kikyo's hair, moving it behind her ear,
"Now, how did you catch a girl like this Suikotsu?

Suikotsu snapped back at his brother,
"Don't touch her!"

Kikyo grabbed his hand and slowly moved it away from her in a calm matter,
"I suggest you don't try that again."

Renkotsu slightly scoffed.

"Well Suikotsu, I think we should meet up tonight, have a drink? In fact, I must insist we meet up. And no offense to your lovely date, but she shouldn't come."

Kikyo slightly smiled,
"Actually, I think I will attend."

The brothers looked at her in disbelief.

"At a downtown bar? You really wanna go with a bunch of guys?" Renkotsu asked her, trying to get her to stay away.

"Of course, I have all the time in the world."

"Who does this wench think she is?" Renkotsu gritted his teeth.

"Maybe these men can assist me in discovering something new."

Bankotsu came up behind them with his other brother Jakotsu,
"Looks like we're gonna have the whole family together once again in the family business."

Jakotsu and Suikotsu grew more anxious, looking around the room for comfort.

"Brother, please let me thank my students and speak with them before we leave. That's my last wish and I'll cooperate," Jakotsu begged.

"You promise?"

"I do. Please." Jakotsu continued.

"Fine. You have ten minutes," Bankotsu stated.

Jakotsu nodded and ran back towards the stage. He looked over at Sango and Miroku who were smiling at each other, still in their costumes from the play. Kagome, Inuyasha and Koga came out from backstage, Kagome still having her back face the both of them.

"I can not believe the two of you fighting like that, you're lucky that Miroku saved the play and spared Mr. Jakotsu of embarrassment."

Inuyasha rolled his eyes,
"Yea, well I wasn't worried about the play anyway! I was worried about you!"

Kagome slightly turned pinked.

Koga sighed as he kissed up to Kagome, "See mutt? This is all your fault, making Kagome angry and almost ruining all our hard work on this play..."

"What?! You're the one who locked me in a closet!" Inuyasha belted at him.

The two continued to yell at each other as Kagome grew angrier. Sesshomaru and Kanna took off their headsets after running the backstage box successfully. The rest of the class were chatting with each other and smiling away in relief.  Jakotsu stood proud until he felt a tug on his arm sleeve.

"Mr. Jakotsu? Can I get a picture of you and your class for the school paper?" a random student asked.

Jakotsu smiled and nodded.

"Everyone get in frame, and make sure to smile!" the student called.

Everyone gathered in front of the stage, everyone trying to smile, besides Inuyasha and Koga who glared at each other behind the rest of the class, and of course Sesshomaru and Kanna who never smile to begin with. The student counted from three and snapped the picture.

"Please send that to me in my teacher email as soon as you can for me kid," Jakotsu requested.

The student nodded and put his camera back in his pocket.

"I'm heading out class, thank you for all of your hard work through this semester, it means the absolute world to me. We'll talk about finals next week..."

"Thank you Mr. Jakotsu," Sango smiled.

His eyes widened.

"You helped bring a lot of us closer, and we appreciate you because of that. I've had so much fun!" Kagome smiled.

"Yea..." Inuyasha mumbled blushing.

Jakotsu smiled wider, "Thank you."

Jakotsu walked away as his students looked a little concerned.

"After tonight, my brothers will probably suck me back into this horrible life they have made for our family because of that wretched Naraku. But it's okay..."

Jakotsu met up with his two brothers and Kikyo and walked out the door. He continued his thoughts, holding back tears,
"...because those kids made me so happy. Even though this was all a rouse, a piece of my brothers' diabolical plan to help Naraku, I'm glad I became somewhat part of it. All of this for that jewel worth so much money...thank you children, I will never forget you. And I hope to return as your teacher next Monday."
