Chapter 32: Condition?

"I can't keep meeting up with you like this," a voice said to Naraku.

"Oh I think you can. Espeacially considering What I can do," Naraku said to him.

He stayed silent as he handed Naraku another shard from the jewel.

"See Kohaku. Was that so hard?" Naraku asked the boy.

Kohaku shook his head and turned around.

"You're doing good. But, if you start slacking, maybe I'll put my plan into real motion," Naraku stated.

Kohaku stood taller and continued his walking out of the alleyway. Kagura was leaning on the wall just outside of the passage way.

She held a fan up to cover her complexion,

"You know. You need to watch yourself. He's not kidding."

Kohaku turned to Kagura and had a blank stare in his eyes,

"Yeah. I know."

"You're risking too much kid," Kagura said as he finally walked away.

Naraku came out as well with his new shard in his pocket,

"How about you Kagura, have you found any shards for me? Maybe new Intel?"

Kagura shook her head.

Naraku sighed as he pressed his hand on Kagura's throat,
"Don't become a disappointment..."

Kagura struggled for air as he let go and snickered,

"I think we both have skipped enough of our studies today, don't you?"

Naraku left with his arms crossed to the school, leaving Kagura on the ground holding her throat in pain.

"Damn him..." Kagura thought gasping for air.

Meanwhile back at school everyone was now in fourth block. Mr. Jakotsu was not there today, so a substitute took his place for class. Since he wasn't there, they were assigned to answer some questions about the current movie they were watching called 'Annie'.

Kagome sat beside Sango, Miroku, and Inuyasha on the floor to see the small tv they had.

Kagome felt a poke on her arm from Miroku who stretched across Sango as he whispered quietly in Kagome's ear,

"What's number 3?"

"It's B." Kagome whispered back.

Kagome looked over and saw Inuyasha laying his head on the floor, looking upset.

"Inuyasha are you alright?" Kagome had asked him.

Inuyasha didn't respond as she looked to see Inuyasha holding his head.

"Inuyasha?"

"This is such a stupid movie," Inuyasha scoffed.

"Well you missed the beginning, since you fell asleep..." Kagome sighed.
