British Columbia is a really sassy person. Her motto could literally be, "ExCUSE me," because she says it so much. The only person who could ever beat her in a sass contest is Delaware. Yes, you heard me- DELAWARE. Which is why California and Arkansas make them meet up for a sass contest, which Delaware always wins. And then he goes home, and sings this:
"Why the f*ck did I say that! What the f*ck did I do? I don't know who I am anymore! At least, magic pencil, well at least I have youuuuu!"
And it's not even a pencil. It's a baseball cap.
