I thought Canada was supposed to be cold but it's only -10 Celsius outside in the middle of December in the prairies. My brother says that's normal maritime weather, but he also started screaming "What the heck?! How is it only -11?!" this morning. Anyways, an idea popped into my head about a parody of Jingle Bells!
