Manitoba has so many mosquitoes that Alberta built him an extra house, so the mosquitoes can live there. Ever since, Manitoba and Alberta have a contest on each others' birthdays, to see who can come up with the most insulting gift. So far, the worst thing Manitoba has gotten Alberta is called a "B'tch-iest Slap" and the worst thing Alberta has gotten Manitoba is a shirt that says "Number One D'ckhead."
