Delaware:
"WAR HAS BEEN DECLARED."
Maine:
"OUT TO THE BATTLEFRONT!!!"
California:
"Soldiers, out to the battlefield!"
North Dakota:
"BATTLEEEEE!"
and of course... Iowa....
"THE PURPLE TOENAILS ARE BACK!!!"
