When Mexico was 13, Spain was cooking when Mexico walked into the kitchen and grabbed a pen from the counter so he could do his homework. Spain had a chemical, and he tripped over a broom, dropping the chemical on Mexico.
The chemical was supposed to make food small.
But to countries, it held back their independence, by 10 years.
You had to be 18 to be a actual country.
Which meant Mexico was 8.
