It's been a long time since I've talked about The Provinces, so....
Ontario has a habit of insulting people - but, the catch is, he never actually insults them.
"You're so elongated!"
"You look happy!"
"Are you from 53rd street?"
This usually causes people to stare strangely at Ontario, whilst wondering, "What the actual....what the....um...."

Unfortunately for her, North Carolina happened to be walking across the same crosswalk as Ontario one day. Ontario, for no reason whatsoever, disliked North Carolina. So when North Carolina looked at him, Ontario spoke up.
"Why are you looking at me?" He said.
"I don't even know," North Carolina replied.
Ontario spoke back. "You know, you're so elongated! Have you been eating sandwiches lately?"
North Carolina stopped walking. "What the actual, legitimate hell, are you talking about. I'm...elongated?"
"Yep." Ontario said, holding the 'e.' "Very elongated."
North Carolina walked away from Ontario, wondering, 'Who the hell uses 'elongated' as an insult?'
